About 2,000 bicyclists braved cool temperatures, threatening skies and occasional rain today to churn a path from Columbus to Portsmouth in the 52nd annual Tour of the Scioto River Valley .

These riders are a real pain. They have no respect for anyone even other riders. Every year I do a rain, wind and cold dance and this year it worked. Yea! Now it can warm up.
