I went to an IRS office and I saw a collection agent wearing an Obama mask and carrying a chain saw! Boy was that scary!

Ahhh, there are varied definitions of a Deshi, it all depends in what text it is used. Unfortunately, I am not at liberty to give that definition out, however if you really want to know try using Google to find out! Follow the yellow brick road..........
