They had no problems before Pathmark came to town, I doubt they want pathmark to close, but Im sure they want this to be resolved, its part of doing business right, to do the right thing, and if you dont do the right thing then youre obviously not a good business and deserve to be sued

hey stupid,commercial means commercial,they bought the house alot cheaper because of that,they had no problem buying the house when a pergaments was there did they?? you gamble you lose, too bad,by the way,they have no shot in court
