My grandkids will love this but I beleive my son of 24 years will be the most excited about it. He already has his polar express bell. LOL

Very dissappointed in the experience of the Polar Express, as many people that take this train ride they should had made the North Pole and true experience for the kids. It was nothing. They made a lot of money for such a cheap ride. We will never do it again.

Well, the polar express was fun, the train ride was a bit rocky, But, hey, what can you expect from a train ride. It may not have been "fun" for the adults, but you know the expression on the little kids faces was priceless. It is truly an enjoyable experience for the children. So, to all you boring parents out there, get over it. Of course it's not going to be perfect and exactly the way it is in the book or movie. But it's a cute and fun idea for the holidays.

and by the way the train goes from Lubbock to close to Levelland. The whole ride takes about an hour and 15 minutes.......I personlly thought it was fun, yes, a bit expensive....but, it was well worht it for the kids sake.

So your just sitting in the train the whole time! The least they could do was make a stop at a park that was set up as the north pole!!! OMG I don't wanna go and I HAVE to go TONIGHT!!!

Well I haven't gone but I am going to go since its my sons favorite movie and from what I understand ...the train comes all the way from Colorado so that probably explains why its so expensive. Its the kids that matter anyways...and kids no they can't officially go to the north pole so getting off there wont b such a big deal.

You get out of this experience what you are willing to put in to it ... if you board the train and sit there expecting to be entertained you might be a bit disappointed; however, if you enter the train willing to participate by singing along and believeing in the season, you and your children will come away with a happy heart.

Going to go tomorrow night! Taking my 2 girls and my niece. Can't wait!! I'm not expecting it to be totally awesome for me, but I'm expecting that the kids will enjoy it and come away with a great memory.

I took my 5yr. old daughter & 4yr. old son last night & I just wish I could post the pictures of them that I took!! The pics are priceless,& really that's all you would need to c to explain how great we all thought the experiance was.I really can't understand why it would get a bad review from anyone.I have never seen my children laugh and smile that much in just one hour, which I thought was the perfect amount of time. If it had been any longer it would have taken away from the experiance. There is constantly something goin on & the elves, santa, conductor and all the help were awesome!! All the children recieved special attention from each & every one of them. On the way back from the north pole the elves danced up and down the isle and would ask the kids to get up and dance with them, which my kids r very shy & they even got up & joined in the fun.I could go on & on about how great I & my kids thought it was!! I give the Polar Express of 2010 an A++++++++++ review!

The whole idea of Polar Express train ride to the North Pole is exciting for kids. One hour ride went by fast, kids had fun, and it was a good experience to do once. For the price you pay they could definitely have made the "North Pole" a little more believable.....I mean where's the snow and I thought Santa had 8 reindeer not 4!
