Is everyone "okay" with the proposed location of the new Sports Complex in Levelland. It is proposed to go just south and a little west of the current baseball fields in the middle of an oilfield. Personally I think the City would be money ahead to spend a little more money for a location ont he east side of town. That is where the city growth is, not the west side. Besides, sorry to say, the west side of town is going down hill FAST. If we want to impress visitors to our city, wouldn't you want to showcase the area of town that is growing???
