Well it looks like the Grand Jury found that Bubba Nall is guilty, What do all of you at Enterprise think about that? All of you who supported him and said the accuser is a liar ,she should be ashamed of herself , she could get in serious trouble over this, etc. etc, You are the ones who should be ashamed of yourselves, and should apologize to this child,The horror and terror he put her thru I can't even imagine, Bubba Nall is a sick,sick man and needs to be put away for life,

Dear Anoymous in NC, you have a distorted view of the people Enterprise and of the law. A Grand Jury handing down an indictment does not convey a guilty verdict. An indictment states that a Grand Jury has reasonable and sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. The people of Enterprise have nothing to be ashamed of nor do we need to apologize to anyone. No one in this world is perfect. We all have made some bad decisions in our life to include YOU. When you are standing on the outside looking in, it is easy to pass judgement. Maybe you should visit Enterprise Alabama, you will be welcomed with open arms. I offer my prayers, my love and my compassion to the Nall family. Remember, those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. I think you have some glass that may be in need of repair.

Well said LES!!! The sick people are those who make comments like Anonymous in NC. They hear one side of a story and automatically convict the person accused. These are accusations!!! You are only hearing one side of the story!!!! When will all of you really understand that this could happen to you at any moment. God forbid if it happened to you NC. Would you want people to say such horrible things about you after hearing only the accuser's side or would you want them to give you a chance to tell your side of the story? Think about that before you go running your mouth in anger.

I know all of the people on a personal level. I have seen with my own eyes the love this compassinate father gave to this adopted child. She nor her mother care about anyone but themselves. They are evil people who thrive from hurting others. I pray God will convict their hearts.

The worst part of this is that if Bubba is found not guilty, this will remain in people's minds and possibly ruin his career. If these accusations are untrue, I pray that the accuser is prosecuted for perjury and their guilt eats at them every day. Those are serious allegations and are not taken lightly. I hope a jury can come to an unbiased decision, and make the right decisions. Prayer is all the hope left in this case, and I pray that the outcome is fair, and not prejudiced.

Yes, I know this man on a personal level also, Probably longer than you,In the public he gave this child affection, but you do not know what goes on behind closed doors,These are serious charges and COULD have never been brought against him without a serious amount of evidence, The detectives don't usually arrest somone without that,And it was presented to the grand jury and they saw enough to say there was enough evidence to bring him to trial, I don't know what else all of you guys need . Coach Nall was our football coach when i was a senior in high school. He was always a very nice and respectful man while he was here. It is sad to hear that he has found himself in such a mess. I hope, for all of the children of the schools he has been a teacher and coach at, that it is not true.

The thing about all of this is the fact, when somone is caught ,it is someone you would NEVER have SUSPECTED, They do not go around with a sign saying I am a sexual predator, I have known several cases of molestion and have been shocked at all of them, Just recently there was a case where an investigator for the Alabama Bureau of investigations in Daphne Al, was arrested, In the headlines of the paper it stated " SAD BUT TRUE,'Where in the world is the United States heading, I have never seen so much perversion and lack of morals in my life, It has got to where nothing is a sin anymore, A person will say ,oh I can do this and then ask God to forgive me, God does and will forgive, But there is a cutting off point, If you deliberantly keep sinning expecting God to forgive, one day He will cut you off, and it is a sad day when you fall into the Hands of an angry GOD,So all of you should not be so quick to condemn this child and say she is lying, You DON'T know that, Sexual predators come from all backgrounds ,never someone you would suspect,so wake up America and let us take our country back for God and stop all these people preying on innocent children that cannot defend themselves, please talk to your kids and never trust anybody, It could be your child next,

Well I always wondered why children would not come forth whenever they were sexually molested, I have my answer now, Just read everything above and you maybe you will be able to see it also,especially from David and EHS.com ments.Everyone feels sorry for the predator and could care less about the child ,That is sad,

Well, Bowling Green, KY, you are right about the fact that their are sexual predators everywhere out there, but you seem to forget about the fact that there are also several girls out there that say these things in order to get back at the person that they are accusing. That is sad but also very true!! Both happens everyday and so you really never know who is telling the truth, do you? Unless the person accused admits to it and that hasn't happened in this case. He has pleaded innocence from day one of this whole nightmare and doesn't understand why she is doing this. If she's reading this right now, I pray that she will confess the truth and realize what she has done and will continue to do if the lies are not stopped.

You all ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? He maybe guilty as sin, but until he is convicted by a jury of his peers,people should keep their mouths shut. I should remind all of you how easy it is in a he said/she said situation for stories to explode. NO ONE is immuned from a tale being spun about them. Think about that. All it takes is an angry ex-employee, angry ex-wife, or just plain an angry, bad kid, to get something like this started. It can happen to you. I truly believe that innocent people get caught up in this. Whether its an angry ex or the feds pushing to convict. I too am an ex & my husband stands accused of possesion of child porn our children range in age from 15-20 & our life is a living hell because of this the feds seized our computer a year ago & indicted him because he looked at porn on the web he is innocent but is facing 5-10 our girls have been humiliated at school due to this dhr came to school to interview them about their personal pics on the computer none of these pics are child porn most of which they took just simple pics no nudity im sure if you look on your computer youll find plenty of the same types of pictures the fed has ruined our lives with their one click your guilty of possesing child porn these web sites are ran by the goverment I do believe that child porn is illegal & guilty people should be convicted but the goverment needs to investigate each claim carefully because not all should be put in one bunch thank god our kids are old enough to tell whats happened to them id hate to see if they were young & couldnt speek for theirselves this is agood hard working man father husband with no prior record never missed a days work until they got involved I pray that some one steps in to change the way the feds investigate these claims until then i urge you throw your computer in the trash where it belongs this could happen to anyone who owns a computer
