I was traveling by Scrapbooking their police car was in front of me with 2 blacks. They tried to claim I didn't stop at an on-ramp stop sign off of 84. They came from the other direction, they had been sitting at the horseshoe drive in front of me. I pulled over to let the make up their mind where they were going. They proceeded to write a ticket changing their story as they went along, they said I had made a fast stop, I told them I had anti-lock brakes then proceeded to say that I ran it. These police officers in Level Plains are a total disgrace, to lie and cheat, is a crime. I went there today and they were chuckling trying to claim I was sick, they are cold blooded with their insults and expect to get away with it. They have two stop signs at that location using it like a speed trap, having two they can claim you missed the other one, how crazy can the city of Level Plains get?
