Isn't it time for the Corps of Eng. to get off thier duff and make the repairs to Winslow & Holbrook? They built them, They lost the Information on them. Why should the County have to pay a privet company to come in and re sertify the levys when the Corps lost the info? Will some one wait for poeple to get killed before repairs are made?
