HOW DUMB ARE PEOPLE. THE JAWS OF LIFE ARE STOLEN FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE CAN FIGURE OUT WHY? WELL LETS SEE--- HAS ANY SAFES BEEN BROKEN INTO WITH DAMAGE THAT COULD BE CAUSED BY THE JAWS OF LIFE, OR MAYBE THE CRIME JUST HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET.
