If you worried about the middle east be sure to vote in November. We need someone who is not afraid to offend the muslim world. Never saw this shit happen when Bush was in is because the middle east respected Bush. By the way that came from a foreigner, so........

To begin with, the end of the "world" as we know it would not signal the end of time. The cosmos doesn't even know we're here and so won't miss us when we're gone.Furthermore..little that could happen in the middle east, up to and including nuclear war, could bring our world to an "end". What we NEED is someone smart enough NOT to offend the muslim world but strong enough to engage anyone who would attack the U.S. As for "never seeing this shit when Bush was in", does 9/11 ring any bells you fucking wingnut? Those asshole Americans, like yourselves apparently, who are against our president need to understand that they are by definition against America. You won't be able to post your anti-American bullshit on the Bassett thread unopposed or undefeated, so take your little dog and pony show on down the road.

Nothing like Capt Redneck to give us his itellectual insight on life. Yes a war could end the world as we know it, due to the fact of limited oil could crumble our economy. Second CR, 9/11 was cont. of the Clinton era events. Barracks, embassies, oklahoma, world trade one ect. Please feel free to name any attacks after 9/11 on Bushs watch. War, we were in a war 7 years with bush 4 with obama. 65% of a death hav occured in the last 3 years and 85% of all injuries. Also no need to cuss, sound like a ingnorant inbred.

Well what I said was "the end of the world as we know it would not signal the end of time".Restricted oil supply would certainly challenge our society but I doubt the economy would crumble. And if attacks on Bush's watch are due to Clinton's legacy why doesn't the same apply to Obama? Sound like an ignorant inbred what? I like cussin because it's fun and it causes people to underestimate me.

The attacks on Obamas watch have gone unanswered, thats why. What is he doing in response to the attacks on the embassies?..No president has ignored it like Obama, saying sorry to the muslim world doesnt count. I do beleve that restricted oil supply would crumble the economy, it did 3 years ago.

Did you notice there was no cussin on that last one? That was just for you cousin,it's what they call compromise. You know, give a little..get a little, meet the other feller half way, give and take and whatnot. It's what made this country and it's people what they are. And it's rooted in the simple respect the free citizens of a free land owe one another. And the trust that although we may differ in our dreams and how to achieve them,we share the same loyalty to our country and fidelity to one another. That our strength lies in the fact that even if we argue among ourselves,as long as we stand and work together..nothing can bring us down. Yall ought to try and remember that more often.

And our president's position is clear as stated in his book: "Audicity of Hope" I will stand with the muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.

Even if you don't like Romney best vote for him or we are all doomed.

Capt Redneck I appreciate that. Yes as Americans no matter what, we should stand together for a common goal. I had the privilage of being stationed at Blytheville, man how I miss that pace of life. We would come to Lepanto and the streets would roll up at 6. Yep, me and penny rolling around in a chevette with the stereo cranking. Windows down her blonde hair blowing in the breeze. Better stop before I piss off her boyfriend. That was 1986....damn.

OK, I have been listeningto GlenBeck since 2001. Sept 12 to be exact. I listened faithfully for 10 years, I got tired of hearing I wouldnt recognise the country in 12 months. I still get up and go to work. Well, actually i started my own company, but nothing has changed. The president only has the power the houses allow and right now they are controled by republicans. Unfortunity, votes get brought and some people are paid not to vote. Thats how broke people go to congress and come back millionaires 4 yrs later. Just be sure to vote. Yes Capt I proably should have. She was 18 I was 22 and we would have killed each other, but I was crazy about her and still have fond memories.
