What has happened to the Mcdonalds? Tonight the employee's were shouting and laughing with each other, all of the tables that were empty were dirty, the floor was a mess, and the service was bad as it has been the last three times I have been there. It took 25 minutes to get food and they were not busy! Has anyone else had a problem with this recently. I think it has went way down hill in the last couple months. I am never there during the day but the evening shift needs some guidence!

i used to work for the mcdonalds in Hiawatha i agree it has gone down hill. Ever since the owner took over the McDonalds in Seneca i think it has started to degrade he has no focus left on the Hiawatha McDonalds and plus i will tell u when i did work there i once opened a bag of bread and there was a rat frozen in there they took a few pieces of bread out that was around the rat and then used the rest of the bread that was "unharmed" i didn't eat the food after that and plus kids these days have no respect for what they do as long as its paying they have no cares

I was at McDonalds one time and went through the drive thru. There was no waiting. I went to the last window to pick up my food and they asked me to pull forward and park in one of them parking spots. I told them no. I sat there. What would be the reason to have to pull up in a parking spaces anyway. A customer will have to drive all the way around if they do which doesn't make sense either.Why does a customer have to
ask for ketsup AND a NAPKIN. Come on! Give me a break. Poor service.

Cars are timed on how long they have to sit at the windows. The faster than can get you to leave the last spot, the better the numbers look for the managers. It doesnt take into account you had to pull forward and waite!!!!!!!!!

You should always tell them NO! I say NO also.

Thats why they take your money at the first window. That way you cant pull out and say screw it if you get tired of waiting!!!!!!!

I have done the same thing as Timed, the workers get upset but you get your food a lot faster that way. In the mornings, you want fast food don't go to McD's because you end up waiting for at least 10 mins and the lady always forgets your straw.

The only reason I ever go to that McDonalds is to watch the freak show haha. I'm never in a hurry and I order something out of the ordinary and watch the cascade of mental failure starting with the squatty greasy little troll that just took my order haha. Bet her crotch smells awesome.
couple years ago I went in there and the manager was this older korean looking woman. Looked like she stepped out of the tennis shoe sweatshop and into the buger business. There was also this **FLAMING** gay black dude that must have just done something wrong because he was getting his ASS ripped in a thick korean accent.
Meanwhile, a woman that had just shown up for an interview, I'm assuming, was impatiently picking at her meth sores while compulsively flicking her tongue through the hole that used to be her 2 front teeth.
If you people think I'm joking.... I'm NOT haha.
It doesn't suprise me though, I use to go to school with the owner's offspring (if he still owns it). And judging by the material of her character, he must be a douchebag anyway. I cant believe he AND corporate McD's would allow that place to even bear their name. There must be juuust enough out of town traffic on 36 to keep that Abomination barely open.
In my honest opinion I take my well being for granted every time I ingest something prepared by the mutants that work there. But I MUST eat there sometimes because of the promise of quality entertainment. Actually, the only safe thing to eat there is the BBQ sauce, and thats only if you disinfect the little container first HAHA.

Hey Meth Burgers,
I loved your comment. A lot of McDonalds are that way. All you have to look for is missing or rotted teeth. I was cracking up half way through your comments. That is one great one to read on a Friday evening after working all week and knowing I decided to go to that burger joint today to get me a hamburger and have to wait ten minutes for it but was worth the wait I guess. Thanks for making me laugh. Everyone needs a good laugh once and a while.

About 2 weeks age I want to Mc Donalds. I had two small kids in the car who were sick and had been starving. We wait in line 10 min. and get up to the menu and where you order at, the lady comes on and askes us to hold on a min. she took 10 min. I kid you not. Then she comes back on and tells us we have to drive around to the last window to place our order. There is 4 cars infront of us. We sat in line for 45 min. waiting for them to take our order. I could her her tell the people in line behind us to do the same. The last car behind us drove off after 10-15 min. waiting and the line not moving. then other cars had pulled up and the lady said something to them and they just drove off. Anyways after waiting we finally get to the window and they say our drive thru is broke so you can pull ahead and order inside. I told her I had been waiting in line for 45 min. because that's what I was told to do. She kept repeating her self to come inside to order. I asked why she had us wait in line that long just to tell us to come in and order. She said she didn't tell me that. When I asked who did she said the lady behind her. So I asked to talk to her. She sent her the window and she told us the same thing. I was argueing with her and she asked if I wanted to talk to the Manager so I said yes. She left and about 10 min. later the first lady came back and asked me what I wanted to order. By this time both children were asleep. I told her the other lady went to get the manager for me and she said what do you want AGAIN. She raised her voice to me and said what do you want to order? I explained how the kids wer asleep now and that I wanted to talk to the Manager. They wouldn't let me. I ask for her name after 5 employees gathering around for another 10 min. They told me doedy. and that was it. I wonder where I could call above them. ANY IDEA'S?

Im sorry, but its hard to feel sorry for someone that sat in line for almost an hour with two sick and starving kids.
