Official: Lakin criminal, civil cases are firsts

Both a civil and criminal case arising from a former maintenance supervisor having a sexual relationship with an inmate at the Lakin Correctional Center for Women are the first since the facility opened in 2003 ...

Dont know all the details but it happened to another inmate last week by an Instructor at the facility He has been removed from there and State Police are investigating Check it out they were there Sat after she was released from the hospital any one know any one in there need more info thanks

Yeah and your wife plan to get this man in trouble for a week and I hope she lives in hell for what she done. I have a life and you must don't because you are reading comments yourself. As a matter of fact I do know something about it and everyone that had plan to get him in trouble may one day they would get caught and live in hell.

I once was an inmate there and I know first hand that if anyone got raped at Lakin, it was because they wanted to be. Sex is not condoned there and security is sufficent to keep you safe. Unless you sneak off to an area where you shouldn't be in the first place, it would be on camera. I don't buy the fact that someone was raped.

I know there is an inmate at Lakin who has had more sex in jail than out and I know the law is if they are behind bars it has to be rape but she is going to retire from her law suits She left 2 in greenbrier county and I hear one or two at the regional. Theres a reason why you don't crap in your nest. If you want to fool arround for god sakes don't do it at work because when you get caught you dont just get in trouble at home but at work too not smart. The whole inmate thing amazes me our girl killed her husband. Did the worker read the file? Planned, druged, killed and then went shopping with his bank card and his blood on her. Be careful you could be sleeping with someone who really did it.
I can think of a real mood killer for you next time you think about her sexually, picture in your mind that young man dead in his bed or his 3 children with no daddy or mommy now,or maybe the mood killer for you employees would be watching his mother cry for him everyday and his dad sitting by his babies grave until he grieved himself to death. I watch all of that everyday and all of a sudden she is not quite so appealing

I was an inmate there too. I was pulled out of my room in the middle of the night and taken to the main building by the captain I dont know how many times. Just to make it clear I was in the dog program not cleaning the halls at night. And I know the girl in question too. I dont want to cause any problems so I wont say any names but there is corruptness going on there. BELIEVE THAT!!!

i was also an inmate at lakin security is on top of things there. there is way to many cameras there to be doing shot like that. they need to pull cameras. look at poor manny he was a good guy a girl opens her legs and gets pregant and now he is in trouble. now she is sueing him and the state. i think this has to do with money.
