Fitchburg gets $4.2M for mill project
A project to redevelop the historic Fitchburg Yarn Mill into housing will receive a $4.25 million subsidy from the state Department of Housing and Development, Gov. Deval Patrick announced Monday.

I like this story. Pay millions to certain people to build welfare housing and wonder why crime in the city goes up.
