Let me ask you Lynch, what kind of so-called "Federal investigator" would put up a $1000.00 and $5000.00 bounty on the identities of anonymous internet posters when he can't even identify the owner of the barroom that he's been investigating for several years?

Him? Who?

You are twisting AGAIN! And to add it seems like this may be a normal behavior for that vehicle as they stopped, focused and then drove at my witness! Which was witnessed by other neighbors!!!

So, your credibility could be in question here Stamy!

I may be able to accept that the acceleration and even the steering into me could of been done by some sort of day dreaming. It is a stretch but I have an open mind as shit happens.

Be specific Stamy! " I do not physically fight with any police. I will however take them to task and I will hold them accountable. If they commit perjury then they will be fired!"

So, still no specifics? Why? 13 days from the incident? Still no focus on an ID?

Face with a name Stamy, that is the big one!!! Where is it?

Stamy, who are you? Can I guess?

It sounds like this person is doing the same thing he is doing today, investigating on his own in order to protect his life!

The Lynch camp has had license plates run while the fPD sat on their hands!! It was obvious that the FPD knew who was stalking Lynch and Lynch gave them license plate numbers and the name of witnesses who wrote them down. No witnesses were EVER spoken to!!!

WHY?

I like this post. But it is in my favor. This is my points! And to think that the many witnesses, license plate number, threats to do bodily harm to Lynch, running his nephew into a ditch were NEVER investigated!?

WHY NOT????? And then in the end! Police arrive, the attacker states , "This is the guy from online..." "Sevigny, "Oh, ya ,Lynch? We are going to do you real good now..."

To think Lynch was 100% correct that members of the FPD were threatening him online?? Who would think??

And then the kicker!!! My brother gets a call at 3:00Am on his University phone stating for him to go to the FPD and speak with Sevigny who was investigating a missing girl named Jen??????

Then the Lynch camp notifies the Chief on this call, the FPD goes to FSU. No numbers were traced!!!!!!! They took the phone and issued my brother a new one and gave him a warning....

See Stamy, all you are doing is outlining the need for an investigation into EVERYTHING!!!!!! All those incidents that Demoura NEVER investigated???? Those witnesses are still around!!!!

You cannot just give one side Stamy!!!! Will all these people give up their text and other information around this time? What about text from officer B to Mr. S ???? Wow, what they would reveal huh????

And what about the 911 call that came from the bar after the arrest?? Didn't they even think that all 911 calls are dated and time stamped???????? It was the beginning of the cover up defense! An attempt to align all witnesses in such a mess!

Well cops, firefighters, correction officers or any employee in the Group 4 section of the retirement program and can retire at the age of 55 with 32 years on the job. They have to have both the age and the time on the job to get 80% of their BASE salary for a pension.

Overtime and many other stipends do not count towards a base salary and a pension. A cop can earn $100K a year or more because of overtime but they still only get 80% of their $60K salary when they retire.

If they don't have the age then they get only 2% for each year they were on the job. So if they worked only 20 years then they will get only 40% of their BASE salary.

The same is true if they reached the age 55 but do not have 32 years on the job. They only receive 2% for each year on the job.

A retiree also becomes responsible for full health care premiums which usually triples per month once they retire. If they move out of the state they have no option but to moved into another health care plan and the premiums can be as high as $3,000 per month.

They also must choose between Option A and Option B when retiring. Option A means they will receive the full 80% BUT their family, spouse or estate will receive NOTHING when they die.
No one ever chooses Option A unless they don't have any family to leave their pension to. Option B they will receive less than 80% but a little is set aside for a spouse or family member who is listed or designated to receive the rest of their pension and that is only 30% of their base salary. But it is a safety net for the widowed spouse to get by on.

The city actually wants a retiree to die before age 75 because the employee deposits enough retirement funds in his pension to last that long. YES, an employee actually pays for a 20 year pension working at least 32 years (Group 4 retires at age 55). If a retiree dies before the age 75 the city saves money and actually makes money off that employees pension fund.

Other employees in other groups are prorated the same for a 20 year pension. An employee who has to work until 62 or 65 and 32 years on the job such as a "secretary or a teacher" pays for their pension until 82 or 85. The city hopes they don't outlive they pension plan that the employee payed for. Most of them don't in that group so the city doesn't lose funds and many times makes money.

After that the city has to start paying for part of the employees pension but that expense is also outweighed by employees who have died long before age 75 (Group 4 employees).

If an employee dies on the job either due to injury or they remained on the job and continued fighting an illness directly related their job such as cancer and then died before they could retire then their spouse will get 100% of their pension tax free.

Keven Lynch, how many different aliases do you use on here when responding to the questions people ask of you? How can you expect those same people and others to take your candidacy seriously? Any person who'd use a forum like this one would do well to censor themselves and have their most trusted and competant supporters review it before posting.
I believe in giving people a second chance in life if they made mistakes especially when they demonstrate some maturity, self control and sincere repentence. However, being a city leader, a Mayor is something that even the most educated or experienced people who have never run afoul of the law seldom achieve without some strong social skills and an ability to handle conflict.

Threats? What threats? You make everything up. You see people who aren't there. You imagine that every person and every motor car you see must be following you and radioing your position to the GOBN. Store clerks, bus drivers and students in your delusional mind couldn't possibly just be going about their daily business, could they? They are all part of the conspiracy. Every pigeon is a drone, every mailman a spy.

It must be exhausting. Being crazy is a full-time job if you're going to do it right, but you've shown that being crazy is something, maybe the only thing, you've shown commitment to.

But as for alleging constant threats against your person, cooler and more sane heads have a different view.

Sorry, this may help if you are confused, city employees are in different "Groups" in the retirement system and the taxpayers do not pay for the retirement.

As you will see public safety workers can retire at age 55 for 80% of their base salary. Other workers have to stay until age 65.

Here is the retirement charts, information about retirement for firefighters and cops. It is basically the same for most communities across the nation.

Let me hazard a guess as to why no one followed up on your "evidence." Because the police know that you're crazy. The "Lynch Camp" ( Which, I'm guessing, consisted at the time of you, Gomez and Peaches the Dog) "had license plates run"? Sure. By the FBI, right?. But the bigger point is that while you claim that someone was stalking you (and apparently everyone is), you were out jotting down names and license numbers. Stalking them.

Why were "witnesses" not contacted? Easy. You've sent the DA, the FBI, the state ethics commission, and just about everyone else unsolicited letters demanding that they "investigate" people you deem as "suspects." These agencies know that there is no substance to any of your complaints and they aren't going to waste anyone's time based on the rantings of a crazy man. Do you also send them names of the person you "feel" was the second gunman on the Grassy
Knoll? The real kidnapper of the Lindbergh baby?

Again, the chief knows exactly what he is dealing with.

Lynch when you go to the super market or the mall and see all the cars do you just freak out and start pulling your hair out then tell Gomez to run inside CVS and buy all of the notepads and Bic pens because you have a lot full of license plates to write down and investigate? Paranoia self destroyer.

Here is how it works. Lets say you you write down one of my license plates and call the police because you think I'm stalking you. The police run my plate and see I have a clean record except for a cpl. speeding tickets over the last 15 years. Then they run your name and the computer flashes ALERT! ALERT! Alert! Ignore this guy he calls all the time for nothing.

Lynch has a felony on his record. If he was in a car and pulled over, the officer would be advised of his felony record. He would not approach the vehicle until another police cruiser or two arrive.

This is called a "felony stop". Anytime a person with a felony is stopped the officer is not allowed and cannot approach that person or vehicle without backup.

So this is why sometimes you may see a motor vehicle stop with 2-3 cruisers instead of just one.

This is also the case with stopping a person walking on the street on responding to a residence. It's normal procedure to protect the officers.

Nothing against Lynch but he is flagged in the police computer due to his criminal history and that will require additional units to respond even to his residence.

Thank you. Thai is very interesting. Very interesting indeed. So let's say, hypothetically of course, that a person with this type of conviction was reported to the police for causing a public disturbance. Let's say it was on, oh, North Street, for instance. And let's say that this person was, oh, I don't know, maybe shouting things like "You cops are all done! I'm going to get you all!" How would this change the police response? In the unlikely event that such a hypothetical situation to occur, that is.

People that have a felony on their record have to be treated different by law enforcement and by general public and society.

This isn't discrimination but everything is based on odds, statics and probability. And it should be based on these criteria because this is what protects people. This is very justified.

Only 6.21% of the US population has a felony. These people have proved they are capable of committing a violent act of crime so they need to approached in a more cautious manner and dealt with using extra precautions. Because of the felony on their record they are considered a more of risk to do harm. Why?

BECAUSE 93%-94% of the US population which is the majority compared to the percentage of people with felons needs and wants to be protected from that 6.21% of felons.

It's very simple.

I will put my trust in the 93%-94% of the population before I place my trust in the 6.21% of the felony population even if they are running for Mayor or Councilor.

So the moral of the story, Lynch is NOT of the people or for the mMajority of the people.

Maybe for 6.21% of the people but not for the other 93%-94%!
