Lynch, putting a 5 thousand dollar bounty on someones head is a threat in itself. Especially when it's coming from someone with a history of violence and is currently on probation for an A&B on a Police Officer and is also barred from a State University. When are you going to realize you're the one solely responsible for all the dysfunction in your life?
You still owe someone in your own family circle 3 grand and yet you're offering 5 grand for the ID of an anonymous Internet ghost that spooked you? What the F..k is wrong with you Lynch?
I must jump in here. The A & B on a police officer is a bum rap. We all know that the only reason Mr Lynch was charged with that bogus charge is that Chuckles The Cop did not appreciate Mr Lynch keeping the pressure on him and his pals; as far as the none stop parking violations over at JR's Pub went.

Chuckles The Cop really had no need to come bounding out of JR's Pub (propelled by his powerful hamhocks)that fateful night, when he found out that Mr Lynch had called the police station and demanded that the illegally parked vehicles all got towed. Obviously, Chuckles The Cop finally popped his cork over the focus put upon his habit of allowing and encouraging illegal parking in front of the bar that he frequently made believe that he did not own (while telling others that he did own the bar).

There was no need at all for Chuckles The Cop to put himself face to face with Mr Lynch that fateful night.

If there was any villian in that rhubarb; it was Chuckles The Cop and not Mr Lynch....but alas, the law is on Chuckles The Cop's side; whether he is right or he is wrong.

Let's keep the story straight for the Readers, shall we.

And yet you're the one on probation. And if there was a specific statute regarding Assault and Battery on a firefighter, you'd be on probation for that as well. And how about previous charges for A & B on members of the Boston PD? Remember this story?

Mayoral hopeful arrested in fight
Assault on police sergeant alleged

By Paula J. Owen TELEGRAM & GAZETTE STAFF

"...In February, after Mr. Lynch announced his bid for the Fitchburg mayor’s post, he told a reporter he had been convicted of “a few assault and battery on police officer cases over a span of 20 years” when he lived in Boston. Moreover, he said, he was also incarcerated in 1992 for seven years in connection with a manslaughter case."

Of course, in your view, the law is always on the side of someone else. The good ole boy network (which must be huge).

To take any responsibility for your own actions would hardly support your belief in a worldwide conspiracy targeting you.

You seem like a nice enough girl so please explain. Someone called for the police and one responded and then was assaulted what's wrong with that? I bet they didn't have my 5k on them!

Indeed, Stamos. And Lynch's response is to say that he has been "threatened" and that the good ole boy network is somehow hacking into his secret files.

Darn, aka You know Who or aka chuggles, how in the heck did you come up with that conclusion? Ok, maybe Chuckles might have been a cop with big hamhocks, but according to your boy Lynch, he was recruited and working undercover with the FBI at the time.

Stamos, ol' Pal,

I came up with THAT conclussion about 15 seconds after finding out that Mr Lynch had been used as a human punching bag by Chuckles The Cop and then was charged with A&B on Chuckles The Cop.

Here's how it all played out: Chuckles The Cop, his patrons and his family members had a good 4 year stretch or so of parking their vehicles on the tail end of North Street; damn near right smack dab in front of the emergency vehicles that had to cafefully navigate around the illegally parked vehicles. Mr Lynch caught wind of Chuckles The Cop's shameless behavior and he notified our proud Police Chief. Chieffie Boy told Mr Lynch that he would look into it. A year later; nothing had changed. Mr Lynch called the police station that fatefull night and demanded that the illegally parked vehicles got were towed. The Dispatcher called Chuckles The Cop's cell phone and told Chuckles that Mr Lynch was outside snapping pictures of illegally parked vehicles and he was demanding that they were towed. ChucklesThe Cop then came bounding out of JR's Bar and put himself face to face with Mr Lynch. The rest is history.

Of course, after the poop hit the fan; our proud Police Chief apparently stated that there was no need for Mr Lynch to get involved in the case of the illegal parking over at JR's Pub because an investigation was taking place. Just how in hell it takes over a year to investigate illegal parking certainly defides logic; but it goes a long way towardshelping to explain the FPD's poor trake record of solving crimes in general.

Off duty drug dealers parking illegaly in front of drug dealers houses? I have no idea what towardshelping or trake means but I will Google it. Thanks for the post I learned alot.

Yeah, I had a few typosin that last post. In my haste to move onto other things, I did not proof read my post before posting it.

But, you were sharp enough to catch my mistakes. I am really quite impressed with you. And, you should rightfully be VERY PROUD of yourself.

For one, I have taken a lot of license plate numbers down. Welcome to the real world as this is how it is done on planet earth. They actually have an intrusive license plate scanner now where they can scan without needing a reason.

AS far as illegal parking is concerned it is still happening at the FFD but everywhere else it is not. Why does this continue at the FFD?

If I see it one more time I will file a complaint as something needs to be done. Always in the handicap spot, ALWAYS. If you notice at the FFD there is a "do not enter sign" at both entrances to the parking areas.

I went to a Ward meeting last week. There was two handicapped citizens present. They stated that there is no parking as there are signs not to enter.

And then you will never guess what happened, over the intercom came a license plate and a request to move the car.

What I do not understand is that they park in the handicap spot all the time when there are other open spots.

So we have a community room at the FFD but with signs at both ends not to enter. And certain exempt citizens parking in the handicap that are not handicap. Besides being illegal it is awful inconsiderate.

I may do an experiment. I may attempt to park in these spots myself and then go down to Dunkins for a coffee or better yet I will park my car there and take the commuter rail to Boston. Do you think I would be towed and fined heavily? Do you think that they would take my car and keep it for evidence allowing the bill to increase?

I bet such an ending cost would be roughly $3,000. So do you see it as an issue?

It is not called "punching you out" as it is assault and attack freely. It is equivalent to punching a wall when someone doesn't fight back.

"Then having you arrested"? To think that you were a police captain makes my point all the time. You act as a criminal and you speak openely about the fact.

So, utilizing the massive amounts of financial resources wrongfully is OK?

I have the right to file complaints and I will always file them. This is a civil way to approach any situation. If I see people to continue to abuse the parking at the FFD then I will file a complaint. I will not call 911 unless they are blocking the way for emergency vehicles.

If they are blocking emergency vehicles and/or making the street unsafe then I will call 911. This is the right way to go about matters as it is suppose to be safe for a citizen as opposed to knocking on doors yourself as some may take the opportunity to then say "I banged on the door too many times which they construed as very violent".

I hope that someone runs for Mayor. Solomito is a good choice.

I encourage all to run for office. The lack of interest is discouraging.

I would run for Mayor or Ward 5 if I was healthy enough to do so. As it is I have been forcing myself and now it has come to an end.

You do have to have the want to help make Fitchburg a better and safer place to live. Fitchburg is worth it.

When I see graffiti on peoples property it makes me mad and disappointed. But it is a very good feeling when I see the people clean the graffiti off. They shouldn't have to do this but erasing the graffiti goes a long way at making the city a better place to live.

I will be volunteering as much as I can. I encourage others to pick up trash that you see on the sidewalk as this goes a long way also. Again, yes no one should have to clean another persons mess but it honestly does make Fitchburg a better place to live.

These small things all go a long way. I encourage citizens to continue to write the Mayor, city council and other department heads if you see trash buildup and or any other situation that needs to be addressed.

I encourage everyone to assist the police by calling in information or emailing them. Again, Fitchburg is worth the effort. There are many many wonderful people in Fitchburg.

Lets build a community.

Payments would of been made. But the reward has been pulled off the table.

$5,000 is a lot as it cost me much more, money which I was going to use to upstart my campaign for Mayor.

But Chuggles, Lynch said he was recruited, employed and conducting an undercover investigation of FPD corruption at the time. Was he lying about that, and if so then how can he be trusted with his version of events? And if he’s not lying then wouldn’t the FBI have gotten involved and helped him out with all his troubles?

And speaking of trust, according to a few on here you also have some trust issues, like stealing $15,000 from the Carpenters Union while Treasurer. And wasn’t Lynch also a carpenter one time working under the table for Andy while collecting his government benefits? So how can he, or you for that matter, when convicted of corruption yourself, be trusted with your take on it?
