The Leominster Planning Board could decide on Monday whether or not to allow the new Wal-Mart on Route 117 to open prior to the completion of a massive noise abatement wall behind the store.

Surprised to see no "Hiring now!" signs in front of the new store. They must be either bringing in people from other stores or already have people in place. Considering other super-duper-wal-mart stores I've been to, the help will be a "minimum crew" at least.

I agree, the quality of the "help" at WalMart is nothing short of appalling. Its almost like a big joke, but they are playing it on me. I just want to get my el-cheapo shampoo and el-cheapo DVDs, and el-cheapo motor oil, and get the hell out of there.

But somehow the mile long lines and checkout person who scans one thing every 30 seconds always foil my plan.
