An open letter to Senator Jennifer Flanagan

Threatening the health of your constituents
Dear Senator Flanagan,
Ive circulated numerous emails detailing the extreme danger to health of ALL wireless technology, and especially Smart Meters, a proposed project of National Grid and the Patrick Administration. The kids and the unborn are the most susceptible.
Ive had no response, but now find that you sponsor Bill S.2183, presently under consideration in the Senate. It gives anyone free rein to install wireless facilities (for Smart Meters) wherever they want.
It seems youve not bothered to investigate the matter yourself and have just taken the official word on safety.
The official word (that is, Government/FCC and/or industry) protects profit at the expense of people and environment. FCC exposure limits are based upon the false standard of power levels required to heat tissue.
The dangers of this weapons technology were well known by science and governments decades before it was applied in telecom. The truth began to leak out when the story of the USSR microwaving the US embassy broke forum.jackkruse.com/index.php... the-moscow-signal-experiment-o f-the-usembassy. 9559/
As Patricia Burke of haltsmamartmeters.org says,...the only question will be how much of the damage will be irreversible and irreparable. Over time, it may include the political careers of those who have voted in favor of the non-smart, non-sustainable grid, including Senator Jennifer Flanagan.
That means that all the industry money, political backing, and mainstream propaganda in the world wont save you and your peers from the truth. Ratepayers will pay through the nose for healthdestroying radiation. Can you live with this? I highly recommend the cautionary principle.
I hope you will do the responsible thing: Investigate the facts about wireless/ Smart Meter harm to health. Either withdraw S.2183 or put it on hold pending full study. A petition that people can sign at petitions.moveon.org/sign/ investigate-worcester gives 60 good reasons.

S. 2183 is on the fast track to being approved in the budget. You know the lobbyists got to the chair and vice chair of a couple committees crucial to the bill and the rest will be history in short order.
The new technique in mass lobbying seems to me to be to move as quickly as possible near the end of the legislative session before the Peter Toccis of the world can react in any meaningful way.
The only salvation with S.2183 is repeal.
