Three hurt in Fitchburg crash

The Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Caravan traveling opposite directions crashed in front of 93 Pratt Road at about 5:50 p.m., sending the Cherokee partially into one end of the front lawn.

Driver of jeep Cherokee was drunk and was arrested on the scene. passenger of the dodge caravan suffered a broken ankle and tivia. jeep cherokee driver was seen swirving and riding the sidewalk before crashing into the caravan.

I also heard from one of the EMT'S that the female driver of the Jeep was intoxicated and was later arrested. The female passenger of the Minivan suffered multiple fractures. I do not know why the media does not have there story straight!!!

It is a Federal law that all public safety personnel (cops, firemen, emts) involved in a medical situation that they CANNOT disclose any detailed facts to anyone unless it is a family member. This is called the HIPPA law.

The media will only receive their information from bystanders which in most cases is their interpretation of what happened and not actually what happened.

Well i would just like to point out that i am the son of the woman in the jeep. I would just like to set the record straight that i was not there at the accident and have of course heard one side of the story and seen the damage to the vehicles. Also all of you people saying that she was intoxicated she was not and idk who everyone gets there information from she was not arrested on the scene of the accident and 3 days later still has not been arrested and will not be. Anyone saying that is a bunch of fools and to the woman who can not spell and claims she is family to the other half i understand you are mad even though it is not anything that happened to you it was an accident they happen every second in a day. My mother recieved injurys as well as your family that im sure she doesnt want to have suffered but be glad everyones alive and well and grow up.

I it was my cousin in that accident and you are right about one thing she is not locked up but she was escorted by police to the hospital and was intoxicated I picked up the police report with my cousin. So, before you make another mistake get the facts!!! Because you threaten anyone again you'll be the one arrested!!!
