Cities do not have bylaws. Towns have bylaws. CIties have ordinances. Just more proof that you have no idea what you're talking about. As usual. The FSU and the FPD do not enforce already passed bylaws which is usually a tool that college neighborhoods utilize in order to keep some control over the partying.

I wrote the ethics commission on three different people. I explained to you the difference between an investigation that the ethics commission began and one where the ethics commission didn't take up the case.
The one on St. Armand they didn't take up but the one on Antonucci they did.

dont forget to look in to gambling charges against certain admin at FSU

Kevin, you are not only a liar, but you are a moron.
You complained to the State Ethics Commission about someone who works for the Sentinel? A person who is not a public employee? You are an idiot. Of course they wouldn't investigate. I'm sure in your deluded mind you thought that he had committed some kind of transgression by refusing to publish your incoherent drivel.
And as far as FSU, you are all over the place, to wit:
I cannot comment on certain things as you need to evaluate for yourself outcomes!
I will tell you that the States ethics commission is reviewing the blue light and other University behaviors. It should be interesting.
As I have already mentioned, the states' ethic commission will decide on the University issue. Antonucci is in violation!
Sunday Dec 29
And concerning the Ethics commission, I received a reply for another request that stated, "due to a preliminary investigation we have decided that this complaint does not warrant further investigation."
But, alas, you have no results. So, here we are, eons later, and there is no investigation. You are lying. And completely out of your mind.

Exactly, most of the time public safety will agree with whatever the person is saying just to get them under control.
For example a public safety member talking to a person with psychosis:
"Sure I see that pink goat and orange elephant, but don't worry they will be safe" "If you get in the ambulance, police cruiser, etc we both can save those goats and elephants."

"DeMoura said Lynch has been making a steady series of claims of being threatened for the four years since he's been with the Fitchburg Police Department, and the threats are not credible.
"There's only so many times you can cry wolf," said DeMoura. He said Lynch's frequent claims of being threatened have become a form of harassment against the police department."

You are 100% wrong! The states ethics commission could bring criminal charges against St. Armand if a case is proven to do so. He is not shy about his endorsement of Mayor Wong. He should clear bias for Mayor Wong in the preliminary and in the general election. St. Armand supported Mayor Wong and he has control over the printing of the Sentinel.
There was two issues along with his bias to Mayor Wong. He printed a pullout section when he endorsed Mayor Wong and then used the Sentinel to distribute FREE copies for that particular issue.
Also for review was his stance against my being able to respond to Demouras comments due to his allegiance to Wong.
This wasn't the entire complaint.
You as a citizen can be fined by the ethics commission as a couple donors to a political campaign have just been fined in Lincoln.

Endorsing someone is hardly a crime. A newspaper can support or endorse anyone that it pleases and most newspapers do. A newspaper can print inserts or even free copies. It also has the right not to publish anything submitted to it. You are really nuts.

Oh, really? You alleged more wrongdoing? Imagine my surprise. Did you accuse this guy of giving you a “gangster stare” as well? Quelle Horreur!
Hey, Dope Boy; The Ethics Commission is responsible for conflict of interest issues and financial disclosure statements for elected and appointed public officials and lobbyists. Not newspaper editors. Not diner owners. And while they can levy fines, they can’t bring criminal charges against anyone. They must refer any issue they believe involves criminal conduct to the Attorney General. So, right out of the box, you have no idea what you’re talking about. As usual.
So I’m guessing from your silly statement that you wrote to the Commission demanding that they investigate the Sentinel and its editor for the crime of endorsing the incumbent, publishing a public service insert regarding FSC and declining to publish any of your numerous hysterical, barely readable rants. And the Commission , after scratching their heads, wrote to you and said, in bureaucratese,“Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?” Why? Because there is nothing in state law or the enabling legislation that makes it a crime for a newspaper to endorse a candidate. Or not publish ccrazy letters from a known public nuisance.
But this important point is obviously lost on you. But I'll play along. Which specific statute did the Sentinel violate? Chapter and verse, please. I won't hold my breath.
Your complaint had nothing to do with the Ethics Commission. Or any other arm of government. There was no investigation there. And there won’t be.

"As I have already mentioned, the states' ethic commission will decide on the University issue. Antonucci is in violation!"
What specific statute is he guilty of violating? Chapter and verse, please. Not holding my breath.
Firing your brother is neither a crime nor an Ethics Commission violation, You filed complaints. The Ethics Commission has told you, in so many words, that you are off your rocker. You haven't gotten anywhere.
Banning you from the college is not a crime. Nor is it an ethics violation. As a matter of fact, FSU is practicing due diligence to protect its students and staff from someone with a proven violent history.
And lastly, regardless of what anyone thinks about the Blue Light, the Ethics Commission has nothing to do with this.
But it's a lot easier for you to just toss off things like "Antonucci is in violation!" without any specificity, even after the Ethics Commission has told you that you are crazy and your complaints have no validity.
Your perfidy and delusion knows no bounds.

Thankfully the proper Authorities can reconize Mentall Illness and place these individuals such as Mr. Lynch in the Facilities for proper care that they need and to protect not only society but to protect the mentally impaired Patient.
