Gardner man charged in theft of ATM from Fitchburg restaurant
A Gardner man accused of stealing an ATM from a Fitchburg restaurant during a break-in last month was arraigned in Fitchburg District Court Thursday.

our awesome court system to give him 500 dollar bail and sure this guy has long record but hey $500 is okay for the courts let him go do it again. & we wonder why cops are over worked. Stupid ass judge gardner. Hand out restraining orders like candy! But do almost nothing to a guy over a robbery..get ready to watch this guy walk..
