Why wasn't I notified? Call the Governor. Once he declares a state of emergency, the full weight of the National Government will take it from there.

As the current U.S. Secretary of Transportaion may I suggest 3 consecutive right turns. It will appeal to republicans. Or try the George W manuever, that would be 4 consecutive right turns.

Have considered riding the A-train. There's a conductor in front who'll handle everything. It's very relaxing.

At one time (early 80's) Holmeswood terace was an arterial road. You could get to Price Chopper quite easily. That may be the genesis of this major complicated dilemma. Of course they had drivers education too. What a fantaSy huh, education.

The DOT should inform their drivers that when exiting Liptons at the Holmes Rd intersection that there is no left turn coming out of Liptons. I'm sure they put the signs up and should know that.
