What is the general opinion on joining the Quest 4 Life? Is it worth the money, clean, or overpriced and dirty?

What don't you visit and see for yourself instead of asking on Topix?

Because I was interested in surprising my mother with a membership. I no longer live in Lenoir. Is that a good enough reason. Anyone have an opinion?

Gym memberships are sold with the understanding that the membership holder will quit within a few months of joining. They're always so nice until they see you're not going to quit coming back. They just want the money... If 25% of the members showed up everyday, the fire marshal would have to shut it down.

It's pricey but a very good place with lots of extra classes and things to do for members, I've visited a few times and would join but I work out at home due to a ever changing work schedule.

Pretty good place. The help is really nice for the most part. Equipment is pretty good, good social atomsphere. locker room stinks.

it is expensive, but you do get what you pay for. The facility is well kept, neat, clean. The showers likewise are clean. They offer several different classes, zumba, kick boxing, aerobics...
If I could afford it, I would definately go back. The staff is also very helpful.

there is an $8 a day fee if you want to visit by the day. A membership is not required, but the $8 daily fee is. They run deals all the time as well...when I was going there, they had a deal for 25 visits for a little over a hundred dollars.
