The lawyers in Lenoir are rejects from law school. I don't know how any of them passed the bar. I do know that the majority of them never pass a bar now. LOL
have you heard

Charlie Brady really helped me. I also went to Cannon, Sr. once and he was pretty good.

Without getting into specifics, what type of case is it? I know just about every attorney well enough to be able to give you an educated opinion.

Rachel LeClair in Hickory is a very good attorney for these matters. She used to be in Lenoir but moved to Hickory. I believe she is possibly the best in this area of litigation. It's good to have a female attorney to go against another female. Who else knows women better than another woman. Especially if your friend wants to make her look bad in order to get the child.

Looking for some help. I have bought a double wide in Cannon NC and the mover that I have contracted has been giving me the run around for the past six weeks. He has put the footers and peirs in but I can't get him to pull the house. Any help or advise would be a big help.

What did the barber say to the Italian
Do you want your hair cut or should I just change the oil.?
My do rag soaks up the extra oil and it's evoo to you Miss Thang. And I have my own personal hairdresser, not a barber. I have to look good for my musical performances and for BBG. She knows I'm the handsomest man in the world.

This has to be a Jerry Springer county.

Please, if you have a county which is without its' undesirables, by all means, let us know where it is. Many of us are appalled at the filth that can spew from a human being, and do not wish to be lumped with them in any way. Therefore to categorize this as "a Jerry Springer county," because of a few of this sort, is extrememly insulting to the rest of us. Please let us know where your "jump to conclusions" county is.

Just Wondering...I, too, am tired of having to skip over the ones feuding on almost all the forums. They need to settle their disputes somewhere else. Their back and forth and ugly language and inuendos are uncalled for and I wish Topix would do something about them. NO ONE cares about their junk. If they want to debate (?????) each other then they should do it in person, by phone, email. This is NOT the place. I think a lot feel the same way we do.

I agree. Unfortunately, forums such as this gives "courage" where there is none. That's why they do it here, instead of face to face. The trouble is, all of us get judged by what these few write, so it reflects badly on people who would never express themselves in such a way, people who can and DO control themselves.

As with so many things, a few people ruin it for everyone.

This forum seems to be of litte value. I find it difficult to extract the intelligent and helpful comments from the dross.

If you are looking for criminal lawyer, Mike Correll, real estate lawyer, Mike Baumberger, Dewey Keller. Bankruptcy Carroll Tuttle. Disability, Fred Pike. Civil and Criminal Charlie Brady. There are several others but these are pretty good guys. Estates Bruce Vanderbloemen.

Yes, a few can make it bad for others, but only we allow it to be ruined altogether. There's still value in the forum, but, as with anything of value, effort is needed to dig through the rubble. I don't have a problem telling the difference between intelligent/helpful and the dross. It's usually pretty obvious. IE: Want To Know (I think) gave good suggestions about different lawyers and their fields of expertise. Try again.

Mike Correll is good but not forceful. He always uses the "good guy" tactic. He don't know how to put on the gloves and fight like some others. Dewey Keller is so/so. Mike Baumberger is not what you need if you are looking at custody. And Carroll Tuttle is not what you need unless you have money problems. Again, Fred Pike is a disability attorney. Finally, Charlie Brady is not bad. He will be better than some of the others mentioned. I agree with the earlier posting on hiring Rachel LeClair.

I agree about Rachel. I think sometimes it would be good to use the "good guy" procedure. Some attys. their attitude is bad. I guess they do not make attorneys like "Bill Palmer", Bill fought for you even if he knew you were guilty. I never did understand what the person's needs were that posted first. It was hard to go through all the "stuff" on here. I guess the person has left this site now.

HEHE! I don't know about all the others, but I have never read a more perfect, detailed description about Mike Correll! I like him,(funny guy and good personality when out in public) but this is true!

Then Mike Correll has really mellowed then, because that's not the Mike I've seen in action.

As far as not making lawyers like Bill Palmer anymore, are there no more unprincipled, crooked as a dog's hind leg, and utterly despicable attorneys nowadays? That would be a refreshing chaqnge.(LOL) As for fighting for you even when he knew you were guilty, that's for sure, which is why I would never use anyone like that.

I know, but Bill was the most kind hearted person, knowing him personally. There is not anything that he would not do for you. He looked after his Mom like a baby and loved his children and Hazel. I really never had him for an attorney, but saw him in action alot. The ones I would never recommend are the two that handle alot of drug cases. I am sure you know who I am talking about, but I would be afraid to say their names. Dangerous people.
