I recently purchased a vehicle from these bunch of liars. I was told that we were finainced and was just waiting on Patrick to come back from the bank and then was run around for several days and then the vehicle was sold out from under me. I was then told to drive another and we could get that one. Guess again. We were talked into a POS that Kirby promised free maintaince on. He is as big of a liar as the rest. Oh and by the way for those of you that read this the comment that will come from someone after this post is from Patrick the car lot owners mother. Sad that you have to do that. If they were a decent company then they wouldnt have things to say. I would strongly advise anyone NOT to buy crap from them. Oh and to Patrick get ready to cough up some money. LOL LOL

I'm surprised there aren't more complaints about them on here. I've heard nothing good about the people there or the cars they sell.

Let's see, you were promised a certain car, given the run around for several days, the car you want was then sold out from under you and you still bought a car from those people. WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!!!!
If I were treated that way it's the last place I would buy a car.

The lack of complaints speak volumes IMHO.

I know Patrick, know him well. He's a fast talker, yea, but he treats people right and does right by them (in all cases I have seen).

Cut him some slack. Are you a Barlow, and just jealous he's doing well on his own?

I have wondered the same thing. What was I thinking. I should have walked away but I was in a rough spot and needed a 4wd. We would have been better off walking than trying to fix all the shit that was wrong with it. The machanic we took it to was amazed. LOL

They have at least two complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. And have a Grade of F the worst grade the BBB gives out.

The problem is, all people have a sad story..., and think they are entitled to a free car I lost my job.... I can't afford that.... I'm having it tuff...

Get a life, get a job, and be able to afford a car. You can't get a Mercedes, while you have a VW budget.

So a couple people complain, because they don't get it "their way".

This ain't Burger King. You can't have it your way.
First come, first served. The man that brings the money, gets the car. If you are 2nd, that means you are the first looser. But being a looser isn't anything new to you, is it?

Cry me a river....

I am on that by the time i got the car i wanted it wasnt the deal i thought. New radiator, wrong leaked 2 weeks later. took to a mechanic to find out it had been patched. When confronted they had no knowledge of the radiator problem. So i payed out of pocket to have it fixed. After nickeling and diming myself to death on maintenance I decided to trade only to find i owed almost 10,000 on a car purchased for 5995 and it wasnt worth that. So yes many people are unhappy with will just not willing to speak up. And for Ricky Rudd the famous nascar driver there wonder which wheels employee you are ???? Kirby, Patrick, Ronnie, maybe its Everette!!!!!!!!!! The world will never know..........

You took it to a mechanic 2 weeks after you bought it?
You paid out of your pocket?
1st thing you done wrong, you were born. Have you never bought a car before? Are you an absolute idiot?
Let me give you an education. When buying a used car.....
1) Look up the NADA value on line. See what it's worth, and know what you are willing to pay.
2) Test drive it. While you are out, swing by your mechanics shop and have him look it over.
3) When making the deal, address any issues and get them resolved right then.
4) If you are not happy with the deal, pass on it!
Did they twist your arm to get you to buy it? I doubt it!
They buy cars from sales, auctions, and have trade in's. They don't know everything about every car, so don't expect them to. Do your homework, it's your money you are spending.
Oh, and...
5) Purchase some type of bumper to bumber insurance policy, or make sure it's under warrenty. If not, YES - you pay OUT OF POCKET for repairs. DUH!

No, I am not either of those people. I do NOT work for them. I am NOT affilated in any shape or fashion.
As for others disapointed, well they probably didn't do their homework either. Probably unwilling to speak up, because they know they screwed up.

Customer Service?
Find me a car lot that has customer service on cars that are sold "AS IS" with no warrenty or bumper to bumper Insuracne policy. They DON'T exist !!

Like I've said, I know Patrick. Don't work for him, and don't sell cars. I hate Lot Lizards just as much as the next guy - that's why I do my homework when I buy a used car. I'm careful how I soend my money, unlike your Country Bumkin ways. While we are on Car lots.... I've sent two people to Cars Plus to buy. They bought from Cars Plus, and I have yet to get my "bird dog rewards" (cash, for sending "buying" Customers).
Hopefully next time you buy a car, you'll do your homework and not expect others to do it for you. It's your money, and you blew it - don't blame it on others for your mistake.

Crooks?
Did you sign a contract and hand over cash? That's legit - not crooks.
The buyer has the final say. The buyer holds responsibility.
For all you Country Bumpkin idiots out there that wants to buy a car - do your homkework. Just because Obama is bailing out the banks and car manufactures, he's not bailing anyone else out. So don't expect someone to bail you out. Spend your money wisely, and get the right deal or DON'T BUY!
Just because you want a "pretty car", doesn't mean a pretty car is mechanically sound. Get it checked out! Deal with any issues BEFORE you sign and buy! Get it in WRITING, of what's going to be fixed! or get the price reduced to allow for the reapirs. GET A QUOTE from your mechanic!
Look up the value and KNOW your price of what you want/can spend. if it's out of your budget - AVOID IT!
But, we'll still end up with cry babies that complain that they got the shaft - no matter where they buy a car. Why? Because they are too lazy to do their homework before they buy. Then when something goes wrong, they cry foul (and it's their own fault).
Dumb Country Bumkins - get a life, and bear your responsibility.
