Ninth DTF’s Steve Cook Named State's “Drug Agent Of The Year”

Full story: www.knoxnews.com

The deputy director of the 9th Judicial District Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force has been named drug agent of the year in both East Tennessee and the state. The Tennessee Narcotics Officers Association honored Steve Cook at the organization's annual meeting in Gatlinburg. Cook was praised for his role this year in busting one of the largest cocaine distribution rings in East Tennessee. That network, which authorities allege was headed by Daniel "Gomez" Schleben of Roane County, resulted in federal and state prosecutions of several defendants.

Hell, Steve is best friends with the rif-raf. You think he will get rid of them? Not gonna happen! Don't hold your breath for things that can't be done. You are foolin yourself...

Oh, one of his little friends was just in court bragging how Steve was gonna rehire him and make him big again if Steve was voted in as Sheriff. LOL. That was right before he was handed a guilty verdict. Way to go Steve on your choice of friends.

You my friend do not know Steve Cook. While he is friends with a lot of people and talks to a lot of people, that does not mean he would give them a job. The person who made that statement does not know Steve neither. Why do you think he is running for sheriff, is it to further his career, to influence people, to give old friends jobs, or could it be, to make the sheriffs department work for Loudon County as a whole and not for a few? I worked with Steve while in uniform and street clothes and he is the same man no matter how he is dressed he will follow the letter of the law, for everyone not just some! If you know any thing about the law you would know a felon cannot carry a firearm, so giving that person a job is a mute point. Like I have stated before, if you want to know what Steve thinks on a subject as him!!!

If there was a guilty verdict, then the case is over. Why don't you tell us this person's name?

Of course, then you might be refuted.
Innuendo works so much better for you goons.

What the hell are you blabbering about? You are sounding like a fool that doesn't think before spouting foolish words. Hope you are not the campaign manager as you will help him lose before election time. Oh, let me be dramatic like you and add!!!! LMAO

I didn't say this person was a felon when they made the remark, idiot. I said while he was in court thinking the charges would be dropped and how Steve had promised him his fame and fortune back when he becomes Sheriff. Now, Steve does LOVE his felons. Ask Joe Sims..... I see you are not in uniform any longer. So sad. Lol!

You are right, I did not know if the person was a felon or not. You seem to have first hand knowledge of this person, so why not tell everyone who made this ludicrous statement! Why not name the person you are talking about? Or are you afraid you'll be thought of as an idiot? Calling someone names just shows how juvenile you are, does your wife/husband call you an idiot, did your daddy and mommy talk down to you? I think this is all so funny, it took very little you make you mad. I will not answer another one of your rants, because as you know, the more you stir in sh-- the more it stinks and sir or madame you stink to high heaven!

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Cancer

With the tender Moon waxing in your sign, you're in a romantic mood. This is great if you're with your beloved, whom you trust implicitly. You can have a wonderful time together and the rest of the world will just melt away. Try to be a little more realistic if you're dealing with money matters because there's a strong chance that someone is trying to manipulate you, or part you from what's rightfully yours. Of course, you'd never do something so devious...
