I saw where Wiggins was arrested in jail for beating someone. I thought that was what he was in there for. Oh but wait, that was a boy he was beating.....

Is this guy Wiggins out of jail?

It's not right he went to jail to begin because what the cops did is flat entrapment. Local politicians were obviously jealous this guy had a prominent downtown storefront and a successful business and they did their witch hunt against what they knew to be a gay or bisexual business man who was on his way to being a leader of the community.

Should he get punishment for soliciting a minor? Yes he should. He should have gotten community service and placed in the sex offender registry.

Wiggins was talking to an old hairy fat man pretending to be a 17 year old boy - not an actual 17 year old boy.

On the pot and gun charges... People smoke pot and it's safer and less dangerous than alcohol. Some states even have legalized recreational use. Tennessee will legalize recreational use too one day even if it's 50 years from now. Every Tennessean knows how long liquor by the drink took and some counties are still evolving on that.

Guns are our constitutional right. Never forget that or let a politician take this fundamental right and liberty away.

We don't have to be slaves to the government if we stand our ground on our rights.

I hope everyone involved in the witch hunt for Wiggins gets what is coming to them soon and that is karma. I'm willing to place bets every damn one of them is mixed up in a pill mill or making meth. One day a federal judge will give them theirs mark my words.

Maybe he can get Kent Booher to defend him.
