Eddie Simpsons Pothole Hotline promise is now online.

Some of you did not seem to believe me. But Eddie Simpson's 2010 campaign ad promising a Pothole Hotline has been put on the internet now. It is shown here:
http://www.beckywatkins.com/2012/11/anonymous...

All of you people who told me to report my Pothole problem some other way need to stop disrespecting Eddie. He is in charge of fixing potholes since he won the election so we need to do this his way.

Eddie promised us a Pothole Hotline and wants us to call that number to report them.

It says in his ad: "I will implement a 24 hour POT HOLE Hot Line."

I'm still having trouble finding the number for Eddie Simpson's Pothole Hotline. I don't understand why it is so hard to find. Doesn't anyone know it?

Eddie also promised to implement an "evacuation route for each neighborhood". I looked for that on the county government website, because I want to know the evacuation route for my own neighborhood.

I couldn't find the evacuation routes either. Does anyone know where I can get that?

I just don't understand why this stuff is so hard to find.

Maybe they didn't use too much salt last year. Maybe they couldn't afford to buy any more when we needed it because pot hole hotline and the evacuation route experts are spending all our money on pot hole putty and satelite mapping. Its star wars all over again.
My road is gravel but I want the evacuation route from the bottom of my road so I can get to Cracker Barrel and back home no matter what the weather is. I already bought a truck with 4wd to get me over under around and through the potholes till I get to 321.

I am tired of you people disrespecting Eddie. We will report these potholes on the hotline because he said so, not on that old number. We will evacuate on the routes he gives us. You do not need to like it. He won the election and he is Road Superintendent so that is his right.
I think you are one of those atheists who is just mad because we voted for a God-fearing man who doesn't sell beer and who keeps his campaign promises.
Now does anyone know where I can find the Pothole Hotline number and the Evacuation Routes Eddie Simpson promised us more than two years ago?

Didnt Eddie say he wanted his name on the dozens of county vehicles (except the one HE drives) so people would know who to ask for when they call the road deparment.
He has such a concern for others. I know he will give us answers soon.
Honesty is his policy.

Finding our own way out is not the problem. When a man like Eddie says he will give us instructions to follow we know he has only the welfare and safety of the people in mind when he promises these things.

I don't think there is such a thing as an evacuation route for an entire county because of inclement weather.
Does that mean we all hit the highway at the same to if we hear severe winter weather is headed our way.
Is he going to tell us where to go?(Probably, if you are female, Christian, and don't agree with his plan.)

If you are a Christian female who doesn't agree with him he sends his wife into the street screaming at you. He stands by the curb and tells you that you are not a very good Christian.

I've heard of evacuating schools, and shopping malls, and amusement parks because of inclement weather. Common sense would suggest our evacuation routes would be the safest way home. As in "go home and stay there" or "stay off the roads."
Is Eddie trying to tell us something?

The county road I live on has a big pothole right at the entrance to my driveway. I really need to have it fixed. I keep need front-end alignments done so my tires don't get ruined.
Doesn't anyone know the number of Eddie Simpson's Pothole Hotline?

Looking at Eddie Simpson's 2010 ad on Becky Watkins' site, I noticed this isn't your average everyday Pothole Hotline.

Eddie promised us a 24-HOUR Pothole Hotline.
That must be the red telephone sitting next to Eddie's bed, so he can jump up at 3 AM when someone reports one.

The woman Eddie and his wife was accused of harassing threatened to call the police. They had words over issues with city council years ago and it flared up again in the street that day when Eddie questioned her Christianity.
Eddies seems to like to judge peoples Christian character. LOL
Becky stepped in and calmed down the situation before the police answered the call.

Bless your heart. You really don't know what evacuate means and you do not understand that we live near Oak Ridge TN or Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, the Ft. Loudon Dam could be an issue or that we have RMP facilities near us. Evacuate means get out of the area. You can not go home if it is in the area of the evacuation.

Think about the traffic flow on 321 on Fridays and then multiply by 100 and add ambulances transporting patients from the hospital and the nursing home. Think about getting the kids out of school and reunited with their parents and plus then evacuating! Ya think the roads might be crowded then?

OH! Sorry my bad I forgot the required translators for those of us who can't communicate properly.

We really do need these routes and I would think there are currently requirements in place that require them.

But hey; I'm sure our fine leaders have all this figured out for us and will let us know.

Sweet dreams.....

You obviously don't know what inclement weather means. I doubt getting us out of any of the situations you mention would require the expertise (lol) of the County Road Super. Let's see, fill a pothole or take charge in a time of National Crisis???
The Road Super or the National Guard???...duh!
In times of INCLEMENT WEATHER it is USUALLY best to stay OFF THE ROADS!
Only Mr. Simpson can explain what he was referring to and he seems to be a little pissed off at the moment.
