Yet another bond measure (E) from ECC.
We still haven't paid off the other ECC measure E from 2002, TUSD's Y&Z bond, the CA state HSR bond, CA state stem cell research bond, and not to forget prop's 30 & 38 if they pass.
NO MORE TAXES !!!!
