Bolingbrook park director put on leave

Ray Ochromowicz, executive director of the Bolingbrook Park District, is on paid administrative leave as of Thursday night for personal reasons, according to park district officials.

maybe if he was going to have a personal relationship with someone while working for Bolingbrook, he should have transferred to the BPD. They seem to have a much higher tolerance for city employees dating/having sex with underaged girls. Drew could have given him some pointers on how to hold on to his pension.

Maybe if orphanannie would stop stirring up crap in Bolingbrook, and create her mess in Austin, we would all be better off. I worked with Ray for years and watched him build the Park district. He never stopped at trying to make it the best and it is. Which is why everyone wants to be a part of it. Good Luck to you Ray...Sad news for Bolingbrook.

And maybe you should move back to Bolingbrook if you're going to chastise people outside of Bolingbrook for airing their opinions on the village. I don't see where comments from Austin, TX are any less relevant than those from Janesville, WI.

I work for Ray for nearly a decade and all i can say is that it's about time. He might have done some good at the beginning, but he started to run the place as if it was his own personal playground, and all of us lowly employees suffered for it. I can give plenty of examples if you would like...

I am just wondering why the secrecy? It should not be private when the taxpayers are paying the salary. If it is a medical problem, just say that, etc. Too many secrets in our town that lead others to draw their own conclusions.

In case you haven't noticed this is a PUBLIC forum, and there are no GEOGRAPHICAL lines drawn that says someone from a different part of the country cannot comment on something from another part of the country. YOu must be one of those "isolationist" types. and FYI, just because someone's screen name appears along with a "city" doesn't mean they LIVE in that place.... many people have software that can change their "address" at will...
as for my "pot stirring".....I have marveled at just how corrupt your little 'village' is...and isn't exclusive to the police department...my pointing out this fact to anyone isn't stirring a pot...it's stating a fact...if that bothers you, or you feel offended by it, that's on you...
simply ignore or don't read...

yes, OA, particularly in some historical perspective, a precedent does exist, as to even interntional posters regarding a place called Bolingbrook, which most did not even know existed prior to DP in the news

I had to laugh, as I thought of you sitting behind your computer, creating havic and nasty stuff all around you. but the message was good. I guess it's ok, here I thought it was all about living a good life and being a good person. Turns out, Easter is all about God wanting even sinners and bad people to share his love.
