Visalia man charged with murder in death of girl, 3 1/2

A man accused of killing his girlfriend's 3 1/2-year-old daughter pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of first-degree murder and child abuse.

I can't believe this stupid mother is standing by this piece of trash! What did they plan it together? Who's covering for who? I've heard around town about how she was never with her daughter, how she always had someone watching the little girl. I don't know if it's true or not. But I have heard so much bad mouthing about the mother. I'm starting to believe it because different people say pretty much the same about the mother being a "whore", jumping from guy to guy, is she afraid to be alone is he the last dick on the planet. I heard she even cheated on this murderer when they broke up a couple times. I hear great stuff at the gym & at Starbucks about this story. Just because you gave birth to her does not make you a mother!!! I heard she was not emotional at funeral, Im starting to think she didnt want this little girl. I also heard one of her babysitters was more emotional than her at the viewing and at the funeral. really who was the mother? its the person who that child spent most of her time with is how several people see it. Everyone grieves differently. She is just numb to the world right now and isn't feeling anything! I hope when she breaks and it finally hits her she a good group of friends around to support her because she will need it. She had to have a babysitter so much because she had to work 2 jobs because the father wouldn't pay child support.

I just want to say how sad I am that this happened. I know the grandmother of the little girl (mother to the baby's natural father) and I cannot imagine what she is going through. She is a strong lady but you can only take so much. Hang in there. My prayers and thoughts are with you

I work for cps and trust me people it takes a lot to convict someone of murder. There are autopsies, numerous investigations and there has to be evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Unfortunately he is looking pretty guilty.

The authorities and the courts need to start taking notice that it isn't ALWAY'S the man! Women are just as capable of commiting crimes!
