DOT moves forward with southern part of Wilmington Bypass
Published: Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 4:46 p.m. Last Modified: Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 4:46 p.m. Work will start this year on the southern segment of the U.S. 17 Wilmington Bypass in Brunswick County, apparently whether or not a federal agency completes an investigation into a civil rights complaint filed by the town of Navassa.
