this looks like it is going to be a difficult case.

I doubt, but hope, that either of these guys gets a fair trial. Mainly because no one will know what "really" happened unless someone decides to pull a video recording of the holding cell where it occurred that night.

Of course, somehow it will "not be there" and it will end in a He Said She Said dispute.
