Authorities getting tougher on shoplifters at Leland Walmart
Since: May 11
#2 May 18, 2011
this all seems like shoplifters are coping the flack for others, who obviously need to be dealt with appropriate to there crimes and people hurt, while there crimes were in progress.shoplifting itself is no matter what, theb first rung on the criminals ladder, and anything else than treating it with consecuences that pull that person away in a responsible, thought out approach, will only serve to fill up the jails and empty the coffers, while putting a criminal that is now,not just a shoplifter anymore, but a time served, possibly dangerous criminal.repeat offenders should be given there own classification, with far more serious overtones, this will usually work if there activly steared away, with maybe support around there pointed problems,i,e, drugs, poverty, indifference.
