Sounds like a gang crime to me. They like to make examples of people who rat them out. Buncha dirtbags. They deserve to be treated as such.

Gee,$5,000 isn't much. If it is realted to gangs/drugs, they can make that in just a couple of days of selling.

How much did his wife spend on her trip oveseas? I guess that is why they can't offer more of a reward, she spent much of the reward money :)
