It is great these jobs are coming. Still, I'm sick and tired of people patting them selves on the back for it. Wasn't these jobs in the original tax break plan three years ago. It has been three years and they are still bragging about it. Like I said I am tickled pink that they are coming. Good job for bringing them. Now lets get more instead of bringing this one up over and over.

I do not think this has been a for sure thing until now. According to the announcement the company looked at 15 buildings in several different parts of the state and it was not until they saw the old Leitchfield Plastics building did that company decide to bring the business to Leitchfield.
If the city had not hired Dudley Cooper and he had not had the connections in Frankfort the city would not have even been considered for this plant.
They are also hoping to get some business from Ford in Louisville and GM in Bowling Green. IF that happens they will hire a lot more than 100 people as planned

It has to be all Mr. Cooper's doing. Amazing.(not)

A plastics factory moves in to a place where a plastics factory has been before. If the management is any good, they knew about that location before anyone even knew they were coming to KY.

When they came to Grayson Co. the got a tax break under the condition that they would employ a certain amount of people in a certain length of time.

Does anyone know how much they pay. If it's not more than 15 an hour I'm not wasting my time. I can make that much on unemployment.

To crazy: Congrats!

To humm: In the News Gazette. There was quite a lot of text in the ad (several positions) or I would have re-typed the data here.

To Ready to work: I really hope you are being sarcastic!

Can't say that I blame you. If you can make more money at home why get out in the cold. Hope it pays up around 18 hr.

You should have them look at your computer. It keeps coming off stupid.

Your post is a good argument for reducing unemployment benefits. Do me a favor and post something like this every time someone mentions a job of any kind.

I went to the factory and went in the double doors like you are going into the office and as soon as you go in the double doors there is a little table against the wall, There is a sign that says if you are looking for employment please take one. Just take one of the papers and then it tells you step by step how to do it. Good luck and I hope I was some help to you.
