Woosley gets my vote. The other guy is a good guy but has never worked there. Don't need anyone without experience. No reason to play with fire when 140 local good jobs on the line

I know Shaun also, heck of a good guy. And yes he has never worked there, but half his family has., but do you like the way it's ran now? Things sure wont change if Jason gets it, he is Darwin's right hand man now think about it. That place needs to be treated like a business, that's what it is, not for personal gain like it has been.

i agree that the jail is a business, probably a multi-million dollar business. So more knowledge is needed than just a politcal view. Do either one of these have a business background or a leadership background of managing money and employees.
Hmm

If Shaun whoever wins the jail will lose its federal contract
They will not let a person who doesn't know anything house their inmates

You Sir are retarded. A decent manager could take the jail and increase the local employment by 18% in twelve months. Federal contracts are best handed by train educated managers. Not a grunt or manual labor.

It's not a store or restaurant it's a jail

looks like to me that click that goes in there does nothing but go in and pull there 8 is getting worried. If someone else gets the job someone might actually have to work. They might actually have to go in and check inmates every 20 Minuits instead of signing the paper for 3 hrs and stay on there computer. They might actually have to get some training to work there! That's a novel thought now isn't it. Someone else get jailer and people have to do there job.

It's a source of income for the county. One of the biggest sourcest there is. Someone with management experience needs to run the jail like a corporation, the deputies need to run the jail like a jail.

Like I said u guys sound like its just a department store. Jason has worked his way up through the rank. If the county loses the federal contract the county will be in lots of trouble. U haven't seen the inmates the jail deals with n there is a lot of good deputies there. U always hear bout the bad not the good.

It's very important not to get someone in there without experience. We need to keep the jail paying for itself and the jobs that feed the families of Grayson Co.

You just don't get it. It is exactly like a department store. Working your way up through the ranks only means that your are a good worker. Do you really thing the CEO of McDonald ever flipped burgers? A good leader is someone that can choose the proper direction for a company or a business and hires people like Jason who can take orders and to do the grunt work.
