Common sense tells you he was, you don't hit a car and flip it liek that going at a reasonable speed, the poor woman was crushed from the impact, he said she run the stop sign but her husband said they both looked and seen nothing, by the time they pulled out he was there and hit them so hard it spun them and turned them over, now you tell me who was speeding?? dont' take a genius to figure it out.

None of nobodies business, may god bless you and your family at this time of great loss. Remember that time heals pain. God bless.

you topix trolls need to get a life. this is a grieving moment for the family, and you're cracking jokes. "may god bless you and your family at this time of great loss", learn to read, please. I was asking because I have family that lives in Big Clifty, I was just worried about them. I'm very sorry for your loss, and thought topix is NOT the place to ask I was just curious because that was the first I had heard of the accident.

I went to Google.com and selected Google maps. I started at the Wilson & Muir bank and headed east. The first stop sign I spotted was at Spurrier Road. Turned around and went back. Second stop sign I saw is at Bank Street. I assume the accident happened near the intersection of U.S. Highway 62 and Bank Street in Big Clifty, Kentucky.

When a family is driving and is nearly wiped out on a public highway, then I think it falls in the category of the public's interest.

Everyone is blaming him, the fault does not lie with him. They were at fault, they pulled out in front of him. It is a bad spot to pull out of, you have to inch out to see both ways. Do you not think that he is not having a hard time knowing that he killed someone?
