Compassion is the feeling of empathy for others. Compassion is the emotion that we feel in response to the suffering of others that motivates a desire to help.[1][2]
Compassion is often, though not inevitably, the key component in what manifests in the social context as altruism.[citation needed] In ethical terms, the expressions down the ages of the so-called Golden Rule often embodies by implication the principle of compassion: Do to others what you would have them do to you.[3][original research?]

Wouldn't it be nice if we all practiced this a little more?! How about we spread a little Compassion in the name of Christmas Spirit and let the rumors and hurtful responses go for the season..

I think that is the number one disease we see in our family, which spills into our community, to society, to the world, that is crippling the human race. We are bread with so much individualism in thinking that we don't need anyone but our selves, but we do! We need each other, and that goes for how we treat Mother Earth, too, but she actually doesn't need us to survive. How much more easier life becomes fulfilled, and joyful for our own lives by giving up ourselves-selflessness, in service to the fellowship of creation. We are in fact many parts, but only one body. There are so many parts, and it is hard to see our difference in the big picture, but every action counts. It's a domino effect in which we choose to spread bigotry, and hatred through the world or love, and peace. It has to start somewhere and it begins in YOU.

Blessed be Creation.
