no that can't be right. according to his charges it was rape in 3rd degree which means it had to be someone aged 14 - 16
so i know his wife was older than 16.

Evidently, i know, you don't know as much as you think because you don't know anything. Because if you did you would never have commented and said anything about Bryon because if you really knew anything you would know that he would never have done anything like that especially to his girls. And as far as sexually assaulting anyone that is a big bunch of bull and the ones saying he did must be doing drugs or talking out their a**. People are desperate and need to get a life and quit trying to ruin someone life. Bryon has been nothing but a super great father and a loving husband to Tiffany and if she didn't appreciate what she had or wanted out then she should have been woman enough to do so without starting sh** and telling lies about him. usually someone does not get arrested and charged with 3rd degree rape and voyeurism if they have done "nothing" so maybe he did not do what some people are saying but he did do something..so let's not try to make him sound completely innocent. we don't know for sure that he did something and really you don't know for sure that he didn't.

Well, if you are from Leitchfield, and if you were a black man with a white wife you would know why he got arrested. Sometimes you don't have to do anything to be judged and around here the color of your skin makes you guilty before being proven innocent. And again he did not RAPE anyone. And if anyone is saying that he did is lying.

it is true that 3rd degree rape does not always mean there was force. 3rd degree rape mostly defines it rape because of age of the "victim" or lack of metal capacity. I do know Leitchfield and i know this family VERY well. and i know first hand about the whole black/white issue. and i know many times that issue is blamed when the person is actually guilty.
but even if it was not a forced rape, a man his age should not be having any kinda sex with a girl under 16. so if he was arrested for that it has nothing to do with his skin color...whether he is black or white it is still against the law, still wrong, and still disgusting

Well, evidently you don't know this family VERY well or you would know the facts and you would know that he was not charged with 3rd degree rape and I do know the family VERY VERY WELL. And I do know that he did not have sex with a minor or anyone else against their will. if u are right i am glad. and i hope they do prove him innocent. when i first heard this i thought there was no way he would do something like that. and he lost his business i heard and that is awful (if he's innocent) because he's been trying to get that business going for over 10 yrs. i know he has always seemed like a very good dad. husband....i don't know, but we all have our issues with our relationships. if he was lied on and has to go through all this that truly sucks !!!
