Wendy Lee takes babies too early!!! Plus, she doesn't want to be questioned about how or why she does things.

Mark lee saved me and my daughter both. He discovered i had choleoestasis. Which is where the liver tries to shutdown during pregnancy. He knew right away when i cracked a joke about my feet itching. But before he did anything he got two other opinions from Louisville doctors. If it weren't for him we both would have died cause it is a very rare disease. I have the up most respect for him. Good luck on your journey on finding the right doctor for you dear.

I have had two children, one at HMH, that went pretty smoothly, and one at TLRMC that was a breeze. Dr. Buck is a fantastic doctor. My daughter was breech and at 36 weeks he performed a version. He literally grabbed her head and her butt, under ultrasound guidance, and turned her around. When we first discussed doing it, I went home and looked it up, most doctors won't even begin to try to do that, and if they do it, it usually ends up in the woman being in labor. He turned her around in 30 seconds or less. And I didn't feel a thing. He is originally from Louisville and practiced there, then came back to his roots. I would recommend him hands-down anyday over any other doctor in the area, especially Elizabethtown. Plus the nurses at the hospital were much better. Good luck!!

I had Wendy. First off she never killed me or my baby. She's very nice and she never decided to take me into labor early I actually went 10 days after my due date and she had me induced. My baby is healthy as can be and with Wendy's support and comforting my baby girl was delivered within just 15 mins Of me starting to push and I had a big baby almost nine pounds. Wendy had all my pain under control and made sure me and my baby were both comfortable and safe as could be. she's a great doctor!!!! You shouldn't take advice from gossipers and drama starters. Im Sure you will be pleased with whoever u pick. They are all equally just as good. good luck!!! And Congrats!!!=D

I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and dr Buck was my doc the whole way, but went into labor and dr Mark Lee ended up delivering in dr Bucks place. Both of these dr's are excellent choices! My daughter and I were both well care for and the doc's were both very knowledgeable and caring! I would recommend either of these two. Dr Buck is great and always has a good bedside manner! Also the labor and delivery nurses were fabulous! I'm glad I chose Twin Lakes! Thanks everyone!!

caused some grief for us (emotionaly) by choosing a male at first(not that they arent nice, but just the dynamics of another man touching my wife's privates caused me some serious depression) dont know if it bothered anybody else, but fair warning should be given to the spouse about what it is

I'm sure the woman who needed pregnancy help back in 2010 still needs your advice.

I am currently a patient of Wendy Lee and so far my opinion over her is that she is a wonderful doctor. Her bedside manner and overall personality toward her patients leaves nothing to be desired. She is definitely one of the most friendly, down-to-earth and personable physicians I have ever dealt with. All of these traits coincide with her wealth of knowledge.
I have not seen the other two doctors, however I have heard nice things about Dr. Buck.
Bedside manner does not make a great doctor or even a good doctor. Knowledge is necessary, however that doc better be on the top of their knowledge if something goes wrong in the delivery room or a surgical procedure. Base your decision on reviews and opinions of other patients and friends.

Dr. Wendy Lee sewed my friend up too much! She had to go to a dr in Louisville to get it corrected!!! Three of my other friends have gotten staff infection from delivering with the leitchfield hospital. Also, I have yet to know of her getting a due date on time, or near the date for that matter. She is a take the baby early HAPPY!!! Look else where for a doctor! Your baby deserves it!

Wendy Lee is known for perforating bladders! Also one of my family members gave birth about 3 years ago and had terrible trouble as her child got stuck in the birth canal (which is no fault of Wendy Lees). However, this past year she gave birth again under Wendy and same thing happened, only this baby is crippled for life over it! Wendys excuse for not doing a c-section was "I guess I should have looked at your chart and reviewed the problems of your last delivery". No kidding!! So now, this baby has no use of his arm simply because I guess she was too busy flying off to a Cowboys game with her Dr./pilot husband in their airplane to take 5 minutes to review a chart. Also, if you go into labor after her regular scheduled hours she will just have the nurses give you an iv with meds to stop your labor so she isn't inconvenienced. Zumba seems way more important to Dr Wendy than the health of her patients and their unborn babies!

Best advice, go to Dr Collard in Etown. He is excellent urologist and I know many people that he has helped including my self. I know elderly people that Wendy Lee did bladder reapairs and she bothched them. Dr Collard had to repair her mistakes. This is when she first came so she now may be a bit more experienced.

thank you, I have heard great things about him, I called his office and was told her doesn't usually do the type of bladder surgery I was going to have, he refers them to a gyn, will keep looking for a good urologist though, I sure don't want to have someone botch my surgery, I'm scared enough not to have it now, again thanks for the advice !

Dr. Buck did my bladder sling and he did great! The only thing I regret is not having this procedure done sooner.... Hope this helps!
