DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!! The worst ever.
Never calls back - ever..Takes them forever..if at all...to fix anything!!!! Lousy customer service !!! rude representatives!!!! Worst business experience I've ever had. They charge for estimation - and then do nothing....no one to talk to either...I don't even know how they run a business like this - One big disgrace!!!!

I have to agree with the review above. I had a really bad experience with them as well.
They really don't care about anything, toy can't talk to anyone, and they really don't resolve the issues...It makes me wonder if they're even trying??SHAME SHAME SHAME !!!

This company has had my repair for 4 weeks.. "Still waiting on a part". They never return phone calls, and are pretty much clueless. I am curious how they stay in business.

By far the worst TV repair service I've ever used! Like the review above they've had my set for 3 weeks "still waiting for a part." Only I spoke to the manufacturer and they never ordered a part and never figured out the problem, even though I told them specifically what's wrong. They never call you back, they give you attitude and put you on hold for hours. Now I personally have to pick up my TV on Saturday because they made up excuses when I told them to bring it back last Monday. I'm going to give the owner a piece of my mind!!!!

As with the above comments, I have never received poorer treatment and service than from this outfit. I find it appaling that Circit City used them as their authorized factory representatives. They screwed around with my TV for almost 3 months. Service...they only rented a truck once a week to make deliveries or pick-ups because they said their truck was broken and needed repair...I guess they must have been doing the repair and were screwing themselves with poor service as well. NEVER,EVER,EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX ANYTHING!!!!

No words can explain how bad this company is. I agree with every review. Liars. They tell you technicians have been in the hospital or their truck broke down. The worst part is they first tell you the parts are in stock in their store and will be completed within the week. Then you call and they tell you the part was ordered (different parts then what was told before) and it takes 2 weeks for the part to arrive, then they tell you the company is out of stock totally and its not their fault its the company. Never return calls. BEWARE DONT USE!!!!

I just had my TV fixed by this company and it was the best experience ever. All the girls were very polite and my repair was done within a week.

At first I had problems with the repairs and the lack of communication between the repair shop and me. Once I was able to get to the owner, the repairs where completed within the time specified and the TV was in my house as promised. Speak with the owner if you have any problems. I did and it worked for me

I AGREE WITH EVERYONE HERE - how the hell is this place still in business???
Consumers, do not bring your electronics here to be fixed, they are the worst, should be closed down! Have been reported to BBB.
They have had my television in for over 6 weeks, they say they were waiting for a part & then I find out that they didn't even order nor replace any parts!!! They said my TV was fine, took an additional week and half to delivery and guess what ... they NEVER fixed it!!! They lie, they never call you back (even though they say they will, trust me I logged over 30 calls), STAY AWAY!
If you like headaches, being put on hold for more than 20 minutes, rude receptionists/technicians, liars (never ordered a part, even though they said they were waiting for it), & wasting you time and money - then this is the place for you!!!!
After 8 weeks - my TV is still broke & trying to deal with the manufacturer ... FYI - do not buy PHILIPS products, worst customer service ever!! Not as bad as Azoom TV. They should be put down!

If you like waiting over 7 weeks for your TV to be fixed, if you like being lied to by being told they were waiting for a part & then find out they never ordered any parts nor replaced any parts (and find out the TV is still broke), if you like the rude receptionists (both ladies) to never call you back (when they say they will) or being put on hold for over 15 minutes, if you like waiting an additional 2 weeks for your TV to be delivered b/c they never showed up at scheduled appointments or b/c they cancel the appointment due to "traffic" & never adhere to to the time line they give you (ex: "we'll deliver it first thing tomorrow morning at 8:30am, 3pm rolls around and still told they will be there soon"). If you REALLY WANT THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE ... THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!

My experience with this company was just like all the other reviews. Awful and frustrating. You will not get answers or call backs, you will be treated rudely. You will feel like you are never going to see your TV again. They will lie to you over and over. I cannot believe a company as horrendous as this stays in business. I would absolutely NEVER use them again and NEVER recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE COULD GET SO UPSET OVER A TELEVISION! MAYBE YOU GUYS NEED TO READ A BOOK,PLAY SOME SPORTS, OR FIND A HOBBY THAT DOESN'T CONSIST OF SITTING ON A COUCH TO PARTICIPATE IN. GUARANTEED MOST OF YOU GUYS WRITING IN HERE HAVE KIDS SO MAYBE ITS A GOOD CHANCE TO TAKE THEM TO THE PARK OR FOR A WALK AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHEN YOU CAN KILL SOME MORE BRAIN CELLS WITH THE GARBABGE ON TV.YOU ARE TELLING PEOPLE TO CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN WITHOUT ANY REGARD FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND I THINK THAT IS HORRIBLE. BUSINESSES SERVICE OVER HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE A DAY AND YOU ARE THE FEW THAT HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. to the comment above very understandable but like the last person said,u must not have much of a life,and YES that's YOUR personal property that u invested in...BUT i had a unit of mine fixed by Azoom as well and the experience wasnt the best @ 1st...and it was in there for over 2months,i started to wonder as well...but if a part is not available to their company what can you really do?blame them?do they make the parts>? they are in business to repair our brand name stuff because they know what they are doing. does anyone have patience these days? i wonder that also. I had to come to my senses too because US as the customers are who theyre trying to satisfy at all times. and as for the customer service reps,i always spoke w/ a differnet one.they might not have called back when they said as in YOUR complaint as well as all of ours...but I got ananswer as soon as they had anything new to tell me about the rpair. everyone wants to sue everyone they can these days...and sink everyone else go down in life,thats just very SELF CENTEREDF of you.sorry,but it is. "this too shall pass"

Oh My God. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company EVER. They suck. They are a bunch of thieves and liars. I would put a bullet in my TV next time before I'd call them. After I waited 5 weeks for my TV, they had the nerve to argue with me about how long they had my TV. They left a bracket at the shop and wanted to take my TV back with them to get the part. I told them I would call the police if they tried to take my TV out of my house. The moron was actually arguing with me in front of my 10 year old daughter. They should definitely change their name to AHoles TV.

if these people are crooks,etc....dont u THINK they'd have an unmarked vehicle to pick your tv up in? do you think they'd give you theyre address? this company should get some type of credit. they took my television and had it back to me within 4days. every repair is different just as every fingerprint is different. my experience was not a bad one.
