The doctors are great, but the receptionists are terrible. They're not even sure how to answer phones yet. Hopefully in the next few months they will figure out how to successfully book an appointment. The office management is worse than Prescott which is hard to imagine, but somehow they've done it.

I just called there to check on an appointment. They answered before the second ring and the office staff was friendly and helpful. I had an opening day appointment, and there was a just a little chaos. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I absolutely agree with you. I have been a patient there for years and what I was told would be a more efficient practice has turned out to be a catastrophe in terms of reception answering the phone and NOT informing patients when there is an hour wait because they are overbooked. Already today I have called four times between 9 and 11:30 but not once has the phone been answered. RIDICULOUS. That being said, I adore my doctor and can't see myself switching because of poor office management. Maybe additional training is a good idea!!!

Very difficult to get in touch with Pat Senior and she is one of the ownes. I had one appointment and the two follow up appointments where cancelled or resheduled by her office. I left her voice messages 4 times, talked to two receptionist who left her messages on her desk. I finaaly resort to going back to my primary care for medication. I guess they are more interested in making money with office visits than helping patients.

I have had a very pleasant experience and the stuff is WONDERFUL and very helpful. I understand they had problems with the phones but I think it will get better.

Any medical facility should not be advertising drugs video presentations in the waiting area. Even on the intake form they will not allow for form completion unless you submit to receiving Abilify coupons. Then when you get into Dr. Och's office in less than 5 minutes he is pushing another drug which he says is the latest and greatest.

Being professionally calm and attempting to push a drug with polite white gloves taints the entire practice.
