Its a shame Tom Zimmerman didn't run I am sure he could have made it. Oh well another 4 years of empty promises and more b.s. Does anyone really think we will see any jobs in Packerton in the next 4 years?

As another Carbon voter, I also ain't holding my breath waiting for that BS occupational assessment tax to go away either. How else are they going to buy more real estate with public funds to turn over to private industry? They may cry "job creation," but they're doing it at the expense of people like me who are already working. Duh.

It is a sad day that Getz and OGurek are back in there, stealing money from the working class of the county! Something needs to get done about this tax now not in 4 years from now! We should brainstorm and hold a public meeting and gameplan!

Just great....Larry, Moe, and Curly are back again for another 4 year show in the county's seat! Get your tickets for this event!

I don't even know why I vote anymore!

Absolutely disgusted!

The people up in Carbon County are idiots. You have no idea how lucky you are to have those guys. I wish they lived and ran in our county. And as for jobs, the county never had any so if you dont like it, MOVE!! What business in their right mind would want to move into that area? Seriously. Again, coal region mentality.

you want them you can gladly have them. by the way take the coroner with you, i don't think anyone would mind,as a matter of fact we probably throw the biggest party this county ever had. the only way thinks are going to change is if you get rid of the straight party vote button.

Now you have to really set yourself apart & above the other 2. It is obvious that you have the respect of many, now make that number double, maybe even triple, Always listen to what people are telling you. Listen well, there are always two sides to every story. Don't tell people what they want to hear, don't lie, tell the truth whatever the consequences. Don't use the" I've been out numbered." It is not 2 against 1 it is you and the people who voted for you against them! Now on a lighter note, learn really big words and buy a bus you can drive around with your supporters!! RG

Getz must have bought a lot of beers to buy another election. He looks plastered at every photo op.

What's wrong with the coal region?? There are plenty of jobs, and plenty of companies waiting to get in here. Unfortunately Mahoning Township is where they would like to be, and it is taking forever to get the businesses in. Sam's Club, Super Walmart, and Lowe's were supposed to be up and running over a year ago. I'm sure that many other businesses would love to come here, but they're afraid of not being allowed.

Besides big businesses, there are ALOT of small, family owned and run businesses that are much more loyal and their promises mean something, unlike the big businesses!!!
