We had the same Turkey Buzzard/Vulture problem a few year back up here in Chestertown, Md. A local found a dead one along side the road that had been hit by a car. They hung the dead one in a tree that the vultures used as a roost at night. They quickly left and didn't come back.

Vultures love the nasty rotten egg odor of natural gas..May be a leak somewhere ???? they can smell from miles away
