Water managers stop Harris Chain flows because of low water levels

Regional water managers have shut down discharges out of Lake Apopka to the Harris Chain of Lakes, as Apopka has dropped 11 inches ue to the drought.

Lets save the worst lake in the chain and destroy all of the other lakes north of it. Makes sense. Are we trying to save Lake Apopka or make sure DUDA farms has plenty of water to irrigate with. As far as the clean up goes, why isn't DUDA financing the restoration effort? They destroyed, I'd say let them fix it.
