Where to meet women other than walmart and church?

I am fairly new to the area,Gaylesville/cedar bluff,and I would enjoy meeting a few women that are in their late 30's to about 51.I am 48 and have no kids and live on Weiss.Prefer non smokers,height and weight proportionant(which means that you are NOT at all overweight)and it would be great if your kids were grown and out of the house but I understand the economic times that we are in.I type that because it is nice to just go somewhere at the spur of the moment and not have to worry about kids and all.
Oh yeah,I would not expect you to be that which I ask to meet if i were not the same physically.
I am probably asking for too much for this area but one never knows.
Figure out a way to meet up and keep it off of here.Married women are fine w/me as I am not seeking a wife rather someone to meet up with and do things.This county gets boring after a short time.

newtocherokeecounty has a point.There actually is not anywhere that singles can go and hang out.The backwoods baptists that drive to rome and gadsden to get thier alcohol keep voting beer out so there is not any decent hangouts where a person can have a beer and talk/discuss whatever with other likemeinded people.Shroders(not sure how to spell it)is an example in rome.
Ok so cedar bluff has a couple of places but i don't see any groups of people there.Maybe I just go by at the wrong time.

Just how does one go about meeting/picking up women in WalMart,especially the 40+ year olds? I am their age but no longer know what to say to get in their pants.Heck,I'd start out as friends if necessary.

Hey chaindrive-nothing has changed especially with the cherokee county women.They are some of the easiest around to do whatever with.They are just plain ol'country gals that have a zest for life.Show them that you too share that zest and you will be amazed at the number you meet.I ahve met plenty delivering my goods.
The drawback? 70%+ smoke.If you can get past licking an ashtray when you kiss them,do your job man and mount up.

What kind of crowds gather at the VERY few places in cedar bluff that sell beer? Surely the eateries here have decent crowds and women that are there at certain times. Any idea anyone?
I am beginning to think that Cherokee county is not conducive to being single.

The reason you might not be getting invitations from women is they might be watching "Criminal Minds" on TV. What do you expect them to say, "Meet me behind the Chevron"?
