The hill top restraunt was ok, the chicken was plain, but it was very good. The burgers, if ordered right are piled with toppings, and was ok tastng. I suggest try them and see if you like it. I could have expected it to be cheaper.

that place is cooold, bundle up and try them out.

I disagree. When I went the workers were polite. Kind of shy but the food was out b4 we could get situated at our table

My sister and I had a very good experience there, food was good, employees were kind, the place was clean and the cosy was good compared to same types of restaurants. They even came back to the tables when we were there and asked how everything was.

I got a foot long and fries there last week. The foot long was cold and was the days before hot dog it had a green tint to meat. The chili was tatseless and cold. French fries were not done and greasy. Terrible for $7.00. They should steam the buns as the buns were hard and hot dogs should be put on grill before serving and I dont know who does thier chile but they should put spices in it to give it flavor. I ate 2 bites and threw away. If you get a dressed chesseburger you have to pay a extra $1.00 for a piece of tomatoe, onion and lettuce what a rip off.

Well "what a joke" it seems that you're in the minority. So since that seems to be the case then why don't you take your $$ and go elsewhere because your $7.00 will not be missed. Have a good day!

Ready.....if you're not pleased with the food politely tell them or just don't go back. Better yet just give your $7 to McDonald's a corporation and not let the small business have a chance. People make me sick......always bitching.

Maybe blame Hilltop. When you get bad food for the money you paid. It's not my fault they didn't prepare food right. It's not bitchin-it's complaining about not getting what you paid for. You know what IDK I will take my money elsewhere along with suggesting all my friends and family to do the same thing. That would probably add up to more than $7.00. Wasn't really suggesting that at the time I posted but I guess that the attitude I should take. Thanks for helping me not giving them another chance. You're great!!!!

IDK what a statement!!! What a joke post sounded like constructive concern for better food. Who doesn't want good food for the money they're are spending. I my self have heard other people complain about the food they got at Hilltop. High and not of good quality. Yes probably be best to go to McDonald's. after all they do give back to our community in a lot of ways.

I agree food is not worth the money u pay for it. I'm disappointed that the kinks of this place hasn't been worked out yet. People it's good food at a fair price. Not semi good food for the high price you charge. The food has to be hot and tasteful to the consumer. I found the food not to have much taste and a lot of poor quality. Sorry it's the truth!!

Went there tonight and the food wasn't good. I had the footlong and i took one bite and that was enough for me. It had no flavor and the color didn't look right. My daughter got the chicken strips and they were over cooked. The fries were nasty and had to much salt on them. My husband ordered the fish and it was also over cooked. The food has no flavor and it all tasted like old grease. I won't be going back. There needs to be alot of improvement. I thought it was unusual that it was a friday night and there was only two people in there. Seems like there losing business. I don't think there gonna make it.

I also ate there Friday. Got takeout. Your right grease was old and give the fish terrible taste. Buns were hard and not grilled. Put some butter on the bun and put on grill first. They need someone to man the grill that can cook. Won't go back. Maybe they should watch food network. Season the food and get fresh food not frozen.

People on here kill me. There seems like there is more pros than cons about the Hilltop. Everything that I have had or I have heard people say they love it and enjoy going in and eating or carry out. It seems like to me that people are just running the place down and giving it a bad name because they don't want them to do good and people are mad because the owners are doing good for themselves and bringing life back to the hilltop.

Nobodys trying to run anything down. I'm just simply telling about my experience with the hilltop. Why would anyone be mad about someone doing good for themselves? I think it's good when someone can accomplish something for themselves and especially try to bring a business in a small town like this one. You can't make it if you have no clue about what your doing. I would think that cooking in a small resturant like "the hilltop" would be a no brainer. I mean the food they cook isn't hard and most of it is frozen. They just need to learn how to season the food and change the grease.

@City Girl, why don't you try running a fast food Restraunt??? It's not an easy task. Better yet why don't you volunteer your services for one 8 hour shift and you'll see different. You bitching people have no clue!!! Damn, give them a chance and maybe one more try, unless you people bitch about everything life.
