He basicly turned the state the next Califorina. Its going to take awhile to get our AAA rating back & I hope Quinn gets out of office soon. Quinn is a JOKE not a govenor.

He's an honest guy just trying to do his best in a bad situation. The blame should go to the members of the General Assembly. Illinois legislators are unbelievably lazy. Governor Quinn led the efforts to reform the failing medicare system and is leading the efforts to reform public pensions. Pretty all of this state's problems can be led to the pension problem. Every year more and more of the General Budget is taken up by unfunded pension liabilities. Without pension reform, our schools will continue to fail and our state will not be able to grow. Pat Quinn isn't to blame, the General Assembly is to blame.
