Appeals court upholds Netcong man's 4-year sentence for sexual relationship with girl
A state appellate court panel has upheld a four-year prison sentence imposed on a Netcong man who was 25 years old when he had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl who he claimed threatened suicide if their liaison ended.
