My wife and I are residents of over 30 years' and received coupons in the mail. We went there and met the owner and his is the person I am writing about.

I handed him the 2 coupons: 1 free regular sub with purchase of regular sub of equal value before ordering.

He turned around and pointed at the menu board. I told him Blimpie Best, he started the order and we made small talk. Having a Subway just down the street I said hopefully this was a good option for subs. He started the sandwiches on 2 sub rolls,I even said to him the coupons were great and getting 4 subs with the quality of meat was great.
He wraps up the 2 subs and gives me a bill for $15.98. He says this is the price and the 2 coupons were still on the counter. I said his was wrong and asked if I had any other coupons. There was another there and I challenged the price again and he stood firm. I the gave him a $1.00 off coupon he felt and he did me a favor. I paid the incorrect price and will be telling of my bait and switch experience.

Maybe you should learn some things by this. 1) You get what you pay for; 2) BUY AMERICAN.

Update. Blimpie corporate just spoke with me about my visit to the store. The will be calling him to share my feeling about the failure to use the coupon.

The sandwich's were great and you should give the guy a shot. The coupons are worth using just make sure your both in agreement on what your getting before they start your order.

I've gone there for the breakfast sandwichs and never a problem, I'll give it a try for a lunch.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Listen to yourself suggesting someone go to a business where the owner has a bad attitude I dont care how good you say the food is. Sorry if I am going to spend my money somewhere they better smile and be friendly. I drive past there everyday and I think from the lack of cars in Teds lot alot more people agree with me. Customer Service says it all.
